Wow!!!.........Now that's busy!!!.Never seen it like that before...............mm's cant keep up!!!!!

I thought maybe 8.00 end of tax year.....but maybe SP going straight back to 8.00 today.......!!!!.................after 3 months of a tanked SP it's pretty amazing stuff!!!!

It would be nice to get back to 8.00 in this tax year !!!!!...............as for next year !!!!!

New agreement with Nyrstar to improve Talvivaara's financial position Talvivaara Mining Company Plc ("Talvivaara" or the "Company"') announces that it and its operating subsidiary Talvivaara Sotkamo Ltd ("Talvivaara Sotkamo") have today entered into a loan and streaming holiday agreement ('the Agreement') with Nyrstar Sales and Marketing AG ("Nyrstar"). Nyrstar will make available to Talvivaara a loan facility up to a maximum amount of EUR 20 million. Nyrstar shall make the facility available in several tranches with the amount of each advance calculated with reference to a corresponding delivery by Talvivaara Sotkamo of zinc in concentrate under the zinc streaming agreement. Whilst the loan addresses Talvivaara's current financing needs and reduces the overall funding gap of the Company prior to reaching sustainable positive cash flow, the Agreement also demonstrates continued commitment by Nyrstar and Talvivaara to co-operation under the zinc streaming agreement.

..........Under starters orders (nearly)............but i see it as a 50/50 each way bet and always have done ......i think 3/1 against is a bit high!!!!..........All the news has been positive............but it all depends on funding otherwise 'game over'............unfortunately the SP has tanked over past 3 months which been is a real drag!!!!!!!.........So the wait continues....

...Not the normal 'Sell on News'.......rather....the mm's 'Shake SP on News'......agreed that a 10% drop for £2,000 of tiny sells is kind of pathetic.....

They seem to be automatic orders designed to drop the share price further.........when ever there is a buying pattern these sells are rolled out every 5 mins automatically.........someone / company does not want the sp to go up / they/it want sp down.......last week the same pattern

......very interested why you keep posting here.........you seem 100% negative on this company, the new manager, and the 3M cash holding.....just seems a bit odd why you are constantly posting!!!!....most of us will be doing there own research anyway (on risk involved, potential, funds)..........why even on the last RNS many took the chance to bank money on this company,......any further news, and the new project could very possibly see the same results with good profit potential relating to the market sp........looking forward to your reply for this board

Actually....i do not think it looks like that 'everyone' is selling..............the trades are all 'automatic' and there are so many 'small trades' that it looks like 1 investor or 1 Company is trying to give 'THE IMPRESSION' that everyone is selling......i think we have reached the 'smoke and mirrors' stage after 3 months of boredom to be honest.....but what do i know!!!!!!

BUY £67.56k...................................So share price is crashed again......yet £67,000 just 5 mins after the bell after a day of Automatic sell offs..............anyone care to comment on what could be going on.....it's been a strange week on all my shares to be honest......glad it's the weekend

Wouldn't be surprised by a worldwide financing solution to funding....finance being well and truly global these days........if not in Europe then further a field (or paddy!)

600k buys.....400k sells.......SP 5% down.....looks a clear signal the mm's do not want private investors to buy in here until the sp is much higher.....

...Yes!!!....Financing is 'the key'........It's what we are all waiting for........Apart from this 'all' other 're-organising' processes seem to have started.......further updates to follow.....

for a total of 18 pence.....and sp down 3.78 (against £2,000 buys).......was the same yesterday.......

i cannot really comment on this.....but there is 3m in cash held.......a new MD.........the new project will not require dilution like most AIM comps.........there is a positive upside to the sp........but as for 14.00.........not sure (would be wonderful though!!!!).......

Very happy the way things are falling into place at present.........Glad i'm in early and topped up on the fall.......Looking forward to positive moves in 2014 ....

My own view (and it's only that).....is that 'the funding' is the key..............I'm holding and investing more at present as i expect funding to 'gradually slot into the big picture' during 2014..........If i'm wrong (ie: no funding, company wound up) then i loose (but not my shirt!)....I've found all of the recent news (re:reorganisation at all levels) encouraging.......Hence i'm still here, reading other comments of course, but following my own instincts on MY investments
