Today should be the first day of our new future, one that has incredible potential. If the bulker comes on board, then we are in clover. MSAR is known to work very well and efficiently in these large 2-stroke engines, so it will probably come down to environmental performance when it comes to commercial roll-out. Its a big decision for a shipping company, so if they do sign up then its major news for us!

The board have struggled to make the breakthrough we need, that much is obvious and has frustrated the hell out of me, but suggesting they don`t have the company`s best interests at heart is nonsense. Comments like that are to be expected from those who have an interest in QFI failing, Hugh and his ilk. Anyone who truly believed that statement to be true would not be invested in this company.

End of day price is simply the mid-point between the bid and the ask, its not usually a trade just the closing levels of both.
As for the other issues, Kirk and Jason have long under-delivered and been overpaid yet they keep taking! We have probably reached the point now where QFI join the ranks of the other seriously diluted and unsuccessful companies on AIM. 33% dilution for us is massive and a sure sign imo that we are heading in the wrong direction, I intend to abstain from the vote. I have come to the view that our Chairman is nothing more than a conman, spinning narratives he knows are loosely wedded to the truth or are seriously unlikely to happen. I really hope they do sign something very soon and get the SP up around 5p, at which point I shall sell my holding and never look back. I have zero faith they will ever convert trials into commercial contracts.

Its already the plan to complete phase 1 and 2 on this trip. Phase 1 is the pilot burn and phase 2 is the engineering study for which QFI receive payment. From there its for the client to decide if trial burn goes ahead in one of their kilns/boilers, but if they do then there`s the small matter of producing the 20 tonnes of fuel and shipping it out. Time will tell how that goes.

Yet another "long term holder" appears who`s been reading this board regularly, amazing! I always find it funny how these "long term holders" appear suddenly out of the mists of time after staying silent through the various ups and downs the company`s been through. I also wonder what motivates them to finally speak up. QFI is entering a long awaited positive period and what does our latest "long termer" post? Surely news cant be "imminent" or "am I missing something?" First post, "long termer", telling us there cant be imminent news. Sounds like Timothy to me :)

No contract is required at present. If you recall an RNS was issued telling us QFI had agreed to work "in good faith" for the initial trial, providing equipment and expertise for a price up to $150,000. Not to say one will not appear but its clear from that RNS what they intend to do, but not when.

Good summary grumpy5. The importance of Morocco cannot be overstated as they should provide the first commercial working platform for MSAR use, major moment for QFI shareholders. If some of the rest follow, then retirement is an option for sure.

My comments were about Tomco not QFI, I am a long term holder and understand our position and opportunities rather well. QFI are structured in such a way as to capitalise on their own technology, we need one customer to get it going. I think our guys are wary of the US set up in a commercial sense, they know how hard it is to sell MSAR and Greenfield`s entire business case rests on doing just that, so at best it is a long shot! I hope it works obviously but the absolute BULL being spouted on the TOM board is just incredible!

Actually your 100% wrong. The average buyer of Tomco shares has no idea how long it will take to prove the technology commercially and then find the money to finance and build the new 10k production platform at a new site requiring new permissions and permits etc etc. Oh and then they need to find customers for a novel fuel, pretty much what QFI have spent the last 10 years trying to do, so we don`t understand it? Give me a break. The Tomco LSE board and is a nest of the ignorant being preyed upon by manipulative skilled rampers. Why is nobody discussing the above obvious factors?
