They are not very good at this RNS malarkey, correction to this mornings RNS posted now.

That guy on Twitter is weak - straight up, im all up for charting but if it was as easy as reading a chart and arriving at a near dead cert on any stock, nobody would be in a loss anymore. There would be an app for it and heck we'd all be millionaires.

Point taken, but this jittery morning could have been partly avoided OR the good news if split on its own was worth at least 5%

So the practice of cramming loads into one RNS is counterproductive I feel. I will write to them and please if anyone else can too, that will be appreciated.

Yes, shame it can’t show this level of strength on a blue day at close. I’m not deramping. But yes, good reversal. Dare I say might even see blue at some point.

The problem I see is a lot of times experienced investors say... well I understood it just fine, and maybe they did.

But it’s not just experienced investors that hold a SP up. It’s a collective action. It’s only when people don’t understand an RNS do they get the jitters and panic sell. That doesn’t help anyone. Just my thoughts.

I feel it warrants some feedback to the company.

Am I off the mark with this qualm??

I have no issue with the contents of the RNS today, however I do feel that they could have split up the RNS over consecutive days or done a morning afternoon?

Do others agree?

It seems the main message has again got lost in the turbulence, and I will remind you they did this when they announced StemprintER, the Micciclib RNS came in the afternoon at 3pm and that day was again turbulent and the new news wasn’t absorbed in the manner it was intended to be.

Is it worth writing to the company to ask them to review this process. It’s not about cramming as much as possible into 1 RNS, it’s about feeding information in a way that allows investors and the markets to stay abreast of the latest information and for these investors to react to it. We shouldn’t have to go looking with a magnifying glass for the key bits and then separate them.

The other thing.....

No single company can be great at everything. In BIG business sometimes assets need to be sold off or split to allow them to flourish.

Injecting Big cash, the right staff, the dedication, all are needed and generally these are the reasons why such activities occur.

It was a 3 day conference right?
If that’s the case I would imagine getting an RNS tomorrow or this week to formally conclude or some sort of wrap up of ASCO? Or am I asking for too much?

Yes the NHS is one area of sales IF it transpires, but its not a given. The government is in such disarray they couldnt organise a **** up in a brewery. Main thing for us is just to have a full working, transportable product which works in all conditions and the rest will slot into place.

You have rampers and derampers, rampers make stuff up to convince others to buy, derampers do the opposite. These people exist on this and other bb's on LSE.

Be careful, dont assume that if someone has hundreds or thousands of posts, what they write is gospel. Read both sides of the argument, and most importantly do your own research. With the internet and wealth of information its not that difficult to do. Also read other similar company bb's too. You will get an idea how long to expect before news comes, and what the sentiments are.

Having hundreds of new staff with different T&C's, who wont accept the new company terms, some TUPE staff may have legacy terms which are far better in smaller companies than bigger ones. People used to working in smaller teams and seeing their management in the workplace to then having to deal with remote offshore managers...

For me this is heading in the right direction, most or all pharmas are down at the time of writing this, TILS isnt. Im not counting my chickens yet. But i still feel that when the value is recognised then a takeover soon benefits the business trying to acquire the product (but maybe not us). Why let this product mature and become 5-8x more expensive over 2-3 years and then repackage it once its bought out. Better to get it now cheaper and mould it into the company vision.

Both ways have pro's and con's no doubt. I'll happily take an average of 2-3% up each week for the next 12-18 months if its goes that far. Im in no rush. Good things happen over time.

I agree with JAdam, when winning new business, the staff that TUPE are generally sold as part of the deal with the tech, not because all off them are valuable, but ethically and morally its the right thing to do. However the company which will get the new staff would prefer the tech and a handful of people who know how it works and nothing more. They most certainly do not want to double up in areas which automation or their own spare capacity will mop up.

When the redundancies happen, sadly those people who TUPE in are generally the first to be let go.

All sorts of games played here, can buy more but on a dummy sell, can’t sell all my shares in one go, but only in tranches.
