Vaccines (although welcome) have been hyped to beyond belief particularly mainstream TV news. This has fed joe public the one jab & I can go to the Dog & duck or Costa Blanca in a Jiffy. People are lazy they want the magic bullet. What the news are omitting is that these vaccines are all generation 1 vaccines rushed out in parallel testing so at the very least there is the issue of how long they protect & do they stop transmission let alone LT safety.

Generation 2 test will be executed via human challenge studies (see ORPH world leader) and will take much longer to test & roll out c2 to 3 years and then there will G3 etc.

The only reason MERS did not turn into a pandemic was because of the remote location. The death rate was c35% & its a coronavirus & happens less than 10 years ago

This mask is a game changer & if us anglophiles cant be bothered to buy & use them there is a huge market in the Far East.

NHS would be great (for UK plc) but not the end of the world. More licensing deals around the globe would be just as good. Get one in the US or the far east & I can see this moving.

I am like stuck record on MM manipulation but they are like wholesalers. A great example of this is RMS & BRH yesterday. The latter dump 280m shares of the former but hey 250m trades are from the 16th & appear close play on the 17th all showing as buys. Yes individual orders not one iceberg order. The whole computer guessing on a buy or sell is just a joke & easily fixed but the City Boyos do not want that - grey is the most vibrant colour to them is great for them.

the current vaccines (being trumpeted by the media - well the BBC) are generation 1. Generation 2 are being developed but will take longer - why because they will go through normal serial stage development and testing not in parallel.

They are also using a new technique in development. Flu vaccines have been around 40 years and are tweaked each year based on virology field data.

These Gen1 vaccines were pumped into people <5 months ago - yes 5 months. what are the longer term effects?

My final point is that people are lazy they just want the easy way out - give me the jab so I can go to the pub & jet off to the Costa Blanca. Compare that to Asia where mask wearing is done out of courtesy for others. Says it all really.
