I have done a search on Computershare Investor Services PLC for Infinity Energy EGM but nothing came up ... maybe the circular will be on Infinity's website under documents this week sometime.

I wonder what the two resolutions are.

No problem ... the spacing on my post is all over the place but that is just how it has copied and pasted, not as per the company announcement.

ComputershareInvestor Services PLC (the Company’s Registrar) hasset up an online CREST voting system which will be accessible from both desktops and mobiles. The voting system will go live this week. The deadline for Depositary Interest holders’ votes and entitlements is 08:30am (BST) on the 18 April 2019. The deadline for shareholders’ votes and entitlements is 08:30am (BST) on the 23 April 2019. Instruments of proxy must be received by 08:30am (BST) on 23 April 2019. The EGM will be held on 25 April 2019 to ensure that shareholders and Depositary Interest holders have sufficient time to cast their votes. The turnoutfor voting in the past has been poor with very few shareholders and Depositary Interest holders casting their vote. This is an important EGM and the Company encourages you to use your vote.

Yes, that was encouraging but trying not to get my hopes up .. be nice to hear something next week.

I really hope our shares stay at the same amount.

Well it only says "communication to shareholders is in its final stages." not the relisting, but hoping the circular coming out to us contains all of what we all want to hear.

The word "ongoing" and the fact it will be a circular I am taking as positive .... surely if it had all gone horribly wrong it would just be a RNS.

I emailed the company yesterday and received this reply today ...
