If anybody is thinking of contacting the company with regards to CPR or any other matters, to choose your words carefully ... please don't come across as a p****d off shareholder ... we have all waited along time for this to relist and many have had a lot of money tied up for the best part of two years ..... we don't want anything to scupper things.

I will be voting for the resolutions .... If Infinity relist at .004 that wiill give me £21.2k if I sell and for around a £6k outlay I would be happy with that ... would most likely not sell on the day of relist as hopefully we will get to 1p+ shortly afterwards, who knows, and then it' would be decision time ... I don't care how much GW makes out of this as long as I do ok.

Good question ... will it go straight down as people sell for their decent profit or up as others try to get on board early doors .... thoughts anyone? .... personally I most likely wont have a decision to make on the bell as Barclays most likely won't have reactivated my holding on time.

A circular will be dispatched to all shareholders this week relating to an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company which will take place on 25 April 2019 during which two resolutions will require voting upon. Computershare Investor Services PLC (the Company’s Registrar) has set up an online CREST voting system which will be accessible from both desktops and mobiles. The voting system will go live this week. The deadline for Depositary Interest holders’ votes and entitlements is 08:30am (BST) on the 18 April 2019. The deadline for shareholders’ votes and entitlements is 08:30am (BST) on the 23 April 2019. Instruments of proxy must be received by 08:30am (BST) on 23 April 2019. The EGM will be held on 25 April 2019 to ensure that shareholders and Depositary Interest holders have sufficient time to cast their votes. The turn out for voting in the past has been poor with very few shareholders and Depositary Interest holders casting their vote. This is an important EGM and the Company encourages you to use your vote.
