That BP article is an excellent find Sheephatch. With the adjoining exploration areas being taken could this finally be the time that a farm out agreement is negotiated by GEO.

Despite the large drop in the SP over the last few days you can still readily sell 10m shares whereas sometimes it’s NT for less than 1m!

Is there a concerted effort going on to depress the price potentially ahead of finally some positive news.

I think any buyer would have to pay a significant premium above the current MCap. Also any hint of a buyer would push the SP much higher.

The trade at 11.17 was a buy.

Omar has repeatedly been sending out positive messages about the future. He has convinced some high net worth individuals/investors to invest at 0.4p. He has a world class geologist on board and there is a credible exploration programme underway. Whilst investing always brings risks I think there is a reasonable chance of success at GEO.

Maybe they want to use the core results to undertake a final analysis of where to drill the next two holes and want to release both sets of information together.

Interesting that as soon as the SP starts to build a bit of momentum there appears to be some strategic sells to keep it depressed. The £5k seller has been very active on and off at different times for over a week.

A steady drip of well targeted sales has successfully walked the SP down over the last few days whilst there is a gap in reporting news of the drilling campaign. Its frustrating but seasoned investors have witnessed this activity many times before. Hold tight and wait for the results.

Let’s hope we have another positive week with some potential news from PEL 94 as well as the Juno project.

Just eleven days ago there was a successful placing at 0.4p. Do the institutional investors and high net worth individuals who participated usually invest in a dud and lose money. It is more likely they invested in a prospect that will make them a handsome return.

The other thing I’m wondering about is what was behind the recent fundraising. Was it just deemed a good time to bolster funds generally, for a potential extension to the current drilling campaign or could there be some reason that more investment is required in PEL94 to improve confidence in our reserves.

Interesting the SP has moved up on relatively small value purchases. Maybe some bigger buys going on in the background which we can’t see yet.

A good week so far. Feels like some momentum is returning with the potential for positive news being close. Be interesting to see if this continues tomorrow.

There will always be people trying to manipulate the SP or trade the stock whilst we wait for significant news. Those invested for the medium term know what the key milestones are and that it is difficult to deliver these at precisely defined dates. If you are not prepared to wait or take the risk then best to sell.

I can get a quote from HL to sell 5M for similar price whereas yesterday morning I had NT for 500,000.

Can still buy and sell on HL. In fact the price has ticked up in the last hour.

Whilst that may not have been the most polished AGM, the key message is clear that negotiations on the Namibia licence is at an advanced stage and still on track. It is also evident that a lot of effort is being put in to get this across the line.
