Our shares are clearly discounted today and don’t in any way reflect the potential future value. Exciting times ahead!
It’s terribly disappointing and perhaps they would be best advised to concentrate of commercialising the huge amount of gas discovered in view of Russian sanctions?
I used to have a substantial holding when REM and enjoyed the spike when lithium was discovered in Sonora. Unfortunately I held and saw my investment erode until disposing of my entire holding years ago. I sold because I felt that the BOD’s strategy of buying shares in junior miners was not sexy. Last year i decided to reinvest as I saw real value in Amapa and of course Sonora because it’s the deal making which adds real value. It’s clear to me that Amapa and Sonora are going to be massive and the tiny market capitalisation of KDNC.can only mean that there is a huge upside.. GLA
Hollybean: there are pros and cons re the last consolidation. The pros are that with few shares in circulation it doesn’t take much buying to see a share price increase. Also, the low market cap tells me that this has much potential to fly.
It is nice to see and I’m sure it’s going to explode when the real buying starts
Hollybean: I hear that there is a load of iron ore awaiting shipment to hungry buyers and that prices are ticking up. Glad we are long!
mrcautious: it will show that it can be done and the plant will be there to process the JV portion.
moneyhawk: I agree and this time I decided to derisk and took profits when I could and ended up with my investment as a free carry. Always make sure that you have enough ammunition to fight another day!
At £1 per share the market cap would only be £148m so sky is limit!
Realism79: so your predicting a market cap of £36 to 48 billion. Doesn’t seem realistic.

Olderandwiser: Absolutely and it would be truly transformational as it’s not reflected in the share price at all IMO
“ On satisfaction of the preconditions and the release of the Escrow monies, Cadence will become a shareholder in the Amapá Project via our joint venture company which will own 99.9% of Dev. The Escrow Monies will then be used for the payment of former employees and small trade creditors. Once Cadence becomes a shareholder in the Amapá Project, the Government of Amapá will permit Dev to start operations on the asset including the shipment of iron ore from the port.
Cadence Non-Executive Chairman Andrew Suckling commented; "The remarkable progress made by Cadence management, Indo Sino and the Governor of Amapá and his team in bringing the Amapá Project back to life continues. We are moving ever closer to commencing the process of turning Amapá, and its dormant potential into a key contributor to the regional economy, with all the employment, health and educational benefits that will bring to this part of Brazil."
Cadence CEO Kiran Morzaria commented; "Since securing the Railway concessions last December, we have worked tirelessly to settle with Dev's secured bank creditors. It is my belief, that assuming that we are able to satisfy this final precondition, Cadence is on the cusp of a company changing event, one that will create a long-lasting store of value for our Company and shareholders, as well as returning some prosperity to the Amapá region.”
Roscon: sounds like you are from Rare Earth Minerals days. I used to have a huge investment back in the day. Always remember to take profits when you can unless you are a high stakes roller!
It’s looking ridiculously cheap here IMO. I’ve taken some profits in 88e and put them in here while now having a free carry in 88e ahead of news next Tuesday.
24p paid!
Correction my top up was lower at 23.25! Happy days
That’s my top up as couldn’t resist!
tomcat-14: The market cap is only £34m with only 148m shares issued so it’s going to shoot up up when it catches fire!
I was in this years ago -Rare Earth Minerals days-when the BCN Sonora lithium discovery was made and the SP spiked. The company has since accumulated a tremendous portfolio of investments and we are now finally seeing the results of this in increasing share holder value. I sold out a long time ago and recently bought back in since I’m confident that the BOD’s strategy is sound. Plenty of news flow from its various investments will drive this much further and the small market cap is an indicator that the potential upside is there. DYOR
