Hoping to get chance to add a couple of million at these lows

Trading in a number of our sites has, in the last few days, been SIGNIFICANTLY IMPACTED as attendances FELL and a number of Partners are REDUCING opening hours, and in some cases CLOSURE. As a consequence, the Company will see a SUBSTANTIAL REDUCTION in revenue and contribution from these sites, which will, in the short term, affect our ability to reach our targeted monthly breakeven and, if the situation prevails or WORSENS, is likely to IMPACT SIGNIFICANTLY on the full year numbers.

I don't understand how this could possibly be worth 6million
Hope they don't end up being guilty of spreading themselves to thin

2020 will be a defining year for JLP
With Kabwe coming fully into flow revenue and profits should increase dramatically
This should finally all reflect in the shareprice
I still expect this shareprice to hit double figures this year
5 to 6 bagger from here come christmas

What is happening here to reduce the high admin costs?
Cash has had to be raised several times already, and all while the company has had a revenue stream.
With no revenue stream whatsoever the future looks very bleak. Admittedly the UK government will cover staff that are furloughed but any American staff plus all the admin expenses will still need to be paid.
Another cash raise now looks highly likely imo, but at what price ?
At a guess if they could and it's a big if imo raise additional funds it would be at alot less than todays shareprice. Sailing very close to the wind.

Several 1million plus buys today
Someone clearly sees the phenomenal value and is accumulating a good position
Expecting alot more 1million plus trades when the ISA's can be topped up.
Never been a better time to take a position, in the knowledge how things were progressing prior to lockdown
And with running costs currently close to Zero.

Buying ticking up nicely as people realise the fall has been way overdone

Director Aidan Bishop paid 72k for 2million only a few weeks before lockdown at what he must have believed was a bargain.

I personally don't think Aidan Bishop can afford to go around chucking £72,000 away .

There has only been one revised strategy.

How many times have they tried a new strategy
Well the original strategy was area managers/boots onthe ground.
New strategy = Telesales
So not rocket science shouldn't take much working out even for the average dimwit.
Needless to say the telesales was showing fantastic progress under new CEO Tom Sumners guidance.
At the current price shares are an absolute steal with all staff furlough under the government job retention scheme, ensuring cash can be preserved for when things get back up and running.
Restaurants will be more desperate than ever before to fill those empty seats, so you can fully expect a rapid increase in the pace of restaurant sign ups including additional chains that will also be quick to jump aboard.

Remember just prior to the Covid-19 lockdown one of the main directors invested a further 72k of his own money buying 2 million shares to add to his already significant holding.
This volume of buying from a senior director would indicate good news was on the horizon, within the next few months had we not had the covid interruption.
News will now be postponed and sat safely in the top drawer until things get back to normal over the next couple of months. imo

No revenue whatsoever until late 2020 when restaurant numbers significantly increase ( you could try tell us something we don't already know)

There will also need to be a fund raise late 2020 at a guess around September time imo.

2021 will be a whole new ballgame until then try not to fret about losses in the 1st couple of years of a new company, it like alot of companies will lose money in years 1, 2, especially during periods of growth.

125 Locations now live on the platform

166 new restaurants were added in February and there are now 562 restaurants live on the BigDish platform and an additional 21 restaurants that have agreed to join BigDish, increasing the total to 583 restaurants.
So almost 600 as 2nd March without a full telesales team operating with between 6 to 7 telesales staff.

With 25 working days in March and an increase in staff taking us to 9 or 10 (we was told fully staffed by end of Q1)
We can certainly expect in the region of 300 additional restaurants this month.
This is without news of any significant chains.

Personally I don't think we will have to wait until month end for the next RNS that I expect to drop announcing a good size restaurant group coming on board. (Maybe I am being optimistic here but there was a good reason Aidan picked up another £2million shares 2 weeks ago)

Students love to talk and love a bargain once word spreads through Uni's there won't be many not using Bigdish when choosing to dine out

On average people in th UK dine out 3 times a month so approximately 225million seats being filled each and every month, a 0.5% market share of that will do for 2021 and give Bigdish at least a 15million turnover
A 5% share with the right marketing and your looking at least 150million.
