Aidan seems to have an uncanny knack of getting good deals for any company he is involved with when it comes to funding.

When BigDish raised funds last spring it was done at a share price of 7.2p per share meaning minimal dilution

Another listed company where Aidan is heavily involved BMV (again a great company to invest in) he has just secured 5 million in funding.

Regarding dish we are funded in to next year, but it was great to hear that Aidan was already (almost a year in advance) already discussing&negotiating funding for when that time arises
2 key points I picked up on
1) discussion have been progressing well
2) Funding without the need for dilution

I am fairly confident Aidan will secure us all a great deal as it's also in his own interest being such a large share holder

We are referring to the government guidelines that we be issued to the restaurant sector just prior to lockdown being lifted
Restaurants will need to incorporate measures laid out by the government and yield management and reduced seating will be 2 key points the government publishes.

And breath. Lol

Good to see Aidan has had no problems generating funding for one of his other ventures from a South Korean funder he has managed to raise 5million for BMV

Clearly we are in good hands and Aidan is well connected for the time next year when we do raise funds towards further expansion and a national marketing campaign.

All now easing lockdown restrictions
I assume our government will now be putting a series of guidelines together that will be announced in 3 weeks times implementing changes required to gets the economy back up and running.

The beauty here is that as America announces it will now start to ease lockdown restrictions we know the UK will follow the same path.
If that path means restaurants open early June or the Very end of June financially it won't make an ounce of difference to BigDish as it is still in its growth stage.

What we also know is the government will introduce strict measures that will allow restaurants to open sooner rather than later to ensure these restaurants owners do reopen their doors and don't face financial ruin by extending the lockdown until it puts many businesses into liquidation.

Yield management at some point soon will be an essential part of the government's guidelines.

Lockdown to be eased from next week in the good old USA
UK guaranteed to follow our American friends after our current extended period of lockdown.

Not that long now investors who know of BigDish will begin taking positions now as this is set to fly as restaurants will be forced to look towards yield management to encourage diners to eat at off peak times to spread custom over longer periods to comply with an element of social distancing.

With the current amount of restaurants on the platform I believe it should have been trading in the 6p to 7p range
Knowing we are now fully funded into early next year I'd expect this to rocket and may even touch 10p on news restaurants will be allowed to open while following government guidelines on seating arrangements and reduced diner capacity.

Good luck Sam at the current shareprice I think you could safely invest at sub 2p a share, say 1.8p and sell half your holding at 3.6p (shouldn't take long as we near to lockdown being lifted) then you can sit back and enjoy a free ride.
Personally I am heavily invested over 5million shares and I have no intention of selling with the progress shown under the telesales approach.
I also believe Aidan will make sure this works after head hunting Sanj (didn't pan out) and then Tom Sumner it goes to prove Aidan is determined to see this work and will target anyone he needs to ensure it is a success. imo

Small businesses will be a priority for the government in easing restrictions and getting people back to work.

No company is better positioned or better designed than BigDish to help all these small businesses and the bigger Chains who will also be reaching out to the yield
management model BigDish offer under there free to use merchant app.

Still very much under the radar this looks set to fly at any moment as people start to hear of BigDish and realise the important role it is going to play in the yield managment of restaurants.

Restaurants will be desperate to be pro-active and put yield management in place and start using BigDishes merchant app ASAP.

Director Aidan Bishop recently added another 2million shares taking his holding to in excess of 70million shares and he has made no secret of the intention to build the company towards a buyout and has frequently alluded to figures between 100million to 200million

Any mention from a politician of yield managment or in a government guideline publication and this will catapult straight into double figures.

Not the time to be sat on the side lines watching.

The government cannot afford to keep all restaurants, sports centres, pubs plus others staff on furlough
Where do you think the government would get the money from to keep everyone on furlough until next year ?

Another 4 weeks and everything will be open with measures in place
For restaurants one of the keys with these new measure will be reduced capacity I.e a 40 seater restaurant will need to reduce capacity by 25% by removing tables
As a result restaurants will need to ensure these tables are full at off peak hours and this is where BigDish and yield management will play a massive part.

Never been a better to be a BigDish shareholder or a better opportunity to get on board at the current price.

Correct not about profit, the key aim is growth !!
This company will be bought out before it ever makes a profit.
If you know the model and the concept you will also know there is nothing nearly as good on the market.
Once established (and that shouldn't take long) it will be subject to a buyout and there will be several interested parties prepared to bid.
Few and far between but I'd class this as a stock that will set many up for early retirement.

Any dip would be purely as a result of mm trying to pick up shares for the inevitable rises that are coming.
