Looks like things will come to a complete stop again thanks to this second lockdown.

So many businesses being destroyed as a result and I feel with the hospitality sector being forced to close again it could well spell the end for BigDish.

With restaurants forced to close there will be no subscription no income and imo no chance of meeting any targets set by the so called boutique investor.

They haven't even got the delivery sorted what the hell have they been doing.

It's not hard to work out Dish are not generating money after offering their services for free for the remainder of 2021 so they simply won't have the money to pay back

At current prices that's approximately another 40million shares that will potentially hit the market in around 6months time (almost 11% dilution)
Good thing in this scenario Tanya is that there will be alot more shares available for you to TOP UP . Lol

The short term funding that the Company announced last week to provide sufficient funding runway to the end of the second quarter of 2021 and to enable the build out of the SaaS platform will be due for repayment in the second and third quarter of next year. The Company may also convert this funding to equity at its election

Have I missed an update or is the last mile delivery partner looking like another carrot / brand ambassador scenario that never evolved.

Why the secrecy if a deal had been agreed as claimed name the partner ???
Makes no sense to make an announcement and over 2months later still no news or update on who the said partnership is with ??
