His departure is announced and he's suddenly leader of a new company again this doesn't wash. Imo It's more likely he left months ago and it's been kept quiet to give AB chance to annouce he's jumping ship.

Phenomenal growth is set to continue and will only increase. As you state mariog still very much under the radar, with the share price all set for a rapid and consistent rise people will gradually begin to take note and clamber to get in on the act.

It has taken a good while but looks like all the cogs have finally fallen into place. Leon and Collin have done a fantastic job and patience is finally set to be rewarded as the growth and profits will continue to dramatically increase, wouldn't be surprised to see 40p within 12 to 18months

Looks to me like this is slowly sinking and has been for a while, a sure sign is when the captain and crew start jumping ship, I think Tom could have done an excellent job but believe he never got the financial backing he needed and that the money was being squandered on luxury lifestyles and the tiny little office in the far east imo.
Thought things where supposed to be cheap out there.
Be interested to know what all the money has been spent on and how much was allocated for Tom to set up a telesales team.
And how much has been spent elsewhere supposedly updating the tech.

It has been failing after failing and I always expected Tom to move on when his telesales model got changed no doubt an idea that was out of his hands

Regards telesales team ( that I don't believe he ever had) I don't for one minute think he ever had anymore than 3 under his wing. With a full team he would have smashed it he had done it before.
For me it's the clowns above him that have ruined things

They need to pick back up on the influencer idea they had last year, Dish need as much publicity as possible and social media via influencers would be a great and cheap way to start.
