Berenberg may have helped private equity firm Phoenix Equity Partners offload its remaining stake in Gym Group on Friday, but the boutique bank was behind today's share price recovery after a bullish note on hte low cos gyms operator. Analysts said they left a meeting with management on Friday more optimistic about the business, adding that there are plenty of ways it could beat analyst expectations this year. "All considered our blue sky scenario suggests that 2019 earnings could be more than 15% higher than our current estimate" said analyst Owen Shirley.
Did a write up this weekend. Not favourable either :(
£700 worth. What a pain
Looks like blatant insider dealing
I think the market is waking up again so no need to get upset about it being undervalued, Its a gift for people who are in early. Its now almost 40% off its low for this year! Very glad I topped up on the weakness a couple of days ago.
eh?
the market for finally giving me an entry point for this company. Had my eye on PRES for 2 years but was always too expensive. Just have to put this in the bottom drawer and re-visit in 2+ years
Not sure if it's being mentioned but I think black rock are shorting this and possibly PIs are getting scared out. Not in here at the moment but giving it strong consideration based on the PEG
People on this board thinking something is fishy in the share price. Hopefully you are aware it was just a small market shock over Greek bonds, I don't think the party is over yet somehow. Will take advantage of the price next week.
Probably just under the radar for the time being?
Without a doubt they have gotten rid of some of their sites so yes they won't be churning out as much revenue. However with my software engineering background I am banking on the fact that they have a core platform to spin up new sites with a small up front cost which will fill the gap left by the disposed assets. As long as they are on point with their new offerings then this should have more than recovered in the next couple of years.
Has the market valued the business for basically free haha. This is silly given that when this was going at full steam the PEG was extremely low. This seems like a total no brainer for the long term and bought some for my ISA today.
Looking at the RNS history there's been 5 contract wins this FY I think with likely more to come. Add to that the fact their renewal success is extremely high this should add up to a huge growth in underlying EPS. Very exiting times ahead and definitely a long term hold for me.
Good data from the US. Truely expected a slump but we might finish on a strong note with any luck
This time stay up there!!! Will have to wait until 1.30pm to see if this gets pulled down with the rest of the market.
30% ??
Awwww yeah
Lol, I heard a rumour that Supergroup are going to attempt a takeover bid on Lloyds bank. Share price is about to hit £1000!!!!!!!!!
