This is just one of 78 negative posts in the last 30 days…….why would anyone “punt” on shares if you think you’ll never be able to sell for more than 8p (no upside) and the shares should be suspended (100% Downside). Doesn’t seem a great punt trading stock or otherwise.

As I have been saying for a while, this share should be suspended from AIM.

They shouldn't be able to hook people in, knowing that they are locking them in too.

I just find it incredibly suspicious that one’s mindset can change so quickly. The 8p fix, a derisory offer, lack of funds, wipeout etc etc wouldn’t naturally mean one would be a buyer?

Seems very odd ITT that you have been so profoundly negative on CC and the BOD and yet all of sudden you have a change of heart and become a buyer?

I am left scratching my head and not understanding the SP. The fundamental problem is a lack of buyers and seemingly endless sellers. All the MM’s want is a level at which people buy and sell and clip something in the middle but they are not taking any large position either way. The only time things will change here is if / when some type of corporate action happens. Would it be fair to say the fundamentals of the business have seemingly never been better but until such time as a CA, we should all just probably accept 8p is all the market is prepared to value us at for whatever reason?

On this but does feel like it may have turned a corner today, I would hope on Verne close we could see 30p plus.

Another 4.5p up and the exercise of some warrants might start to ease concerns over future funding requirements too

Can anybody put any %’s CYAN have around these numbers? I.e how many of the 8m deployed are Ours? Would just like to try and understand how successful we are at current rates. I understand we probably won’t have that number for Sanctioned and probably not for awarded though.

My understanding of the Warrants means that another 27,188,500 shares could be issued at 15p in the next 18 months therefore if the orders come through and the shares go above 15p, then theoretically the company will have another £4m of cash to fund the growth. So I guess, subject to the market, a funding plan is in place to some degree if orders do come to pass?

As announced on 5 October 2023, the total number of Ordinary Shares in respect of which valid redemption requests were received for the 2 November 2023 Redemption Point was 17,714,958 Ordinary Shares (representing 18.7% of the issued share capital) (the "Redemption").

The Board has resolved to effect the Redemption using the redemption pool method set out in the Company's articles of association (the "Articles").

The Company has notionally divided its assets and liabilities into two pools:

(i) the redemption pool, which will consist of cash, assets and liabilities attributable to the 17,714,958 Ordinary Shares over which valid redemption requests were made ("Redemption Pool" and "Redemption Shares"); and

(ii) the continuing pool, which will contain all the other cash, assets and liabilities of the Company ("Continuing Pool").

I take it you understand the concept of fund flows ITT? It’s common knowledge that fund managers have to size positions, manage liquidity and indeed become forced sellers of their favourite stocks if redemptions require them to. If you look at the recent news from MINI you will see that the company received redemption requests for nearly 20% of the company. That means 20% of the value of all stocks went into a run off pot and sold down. You need to understand this sort of stuff before coming up with conspiracy theories.

Or the company has driven a hard bargain getting people to participate with no discount to market price.

A cheeky 100k this afternoon, this is either a better scam than Madoff or genuinely they are gaining traction in a big market. I have no clue either way.

Very good point ITT, the free float is disappearing and the if the company is to believed, no more stock to be issued makes for a very interesting / appealing proposition for those on board.
