Ambers235 has just caused me to have a nostalgic moment! Similar to quite a few in here I was a "Uncle Eric" baby back in the days of China and its forecast pregnancies giving us all a profit. OK tear wiped away and as I am down but not much really when spread over the time since original launch I am looking forward to becoming a "Delboy" millionaire lol! good luck all and lets hope for good news soon. ps is there any chance Uncle Eric will surface?

I will vote against for 2 reasons - 1 cannot support betrayal: 2 not good business sense

On first examination of the RNS it appears a golden handshake/payout for the loyal, hardworking execs? Is this to be at the "funeral" of shareholders - especially loyal, hardworking and longstanding holders. Not so much a RNS rather a R.I.P. shareholder.

I totally agree many of "us longtimers" have followed the company development since Uncle Eric and the original Concepta "shell company" infancy. I was alarmed at hearing/reading the report and hope that Penny and the board robustly challenge the report and recruit Boots etc. to champion regulated products as supplied by MHC. The NHS is changing and with many folk struggling for GP appointments the safe, regulated options now available via companies like MHC potentially have a strong future enhancing not diminishing the GP/NHS structure

Hopefully the comments/argument concerning use will further lead to tightened control thus eliminating the "cowboys" and unregulated suppliers. I believe the progress for kite marked -a CE or UKCA mark - will enhance MHC potential.

Just heard this morning up here in Northumberland that Westminster has signed a security deal to manage Hadrians Wall supposedly to stop investors leaving England. Not sure Scotland have signed up to it! No activity yet on wall.

Hi Jamrock - brought a smile to my face reading this post. I bought my first shares in the "old" MHC format - Concepta.

In fact my memory tells me they had a name before that and renamed during a shell company journey - think I paid in old pounds, shillings and pence! The good old days lol! I think I can now make some profit but like you I believe in the purpose of the company and wish all well -both in health and finance.

Worth scanning through these two reports. I am not sure they will cause an increase in positivity but they do suggest Hydrogen production may prove resilient and seriously impact on helping create a cleaner planet?

Hi Elias Jones. yes I agree the recycling growth element suggests exciting growth potential and has not, I understand, yet been fully detailed or activated. The largest dark cloud will probably be the NI and hourly rate changes announced in recent budget. However I have held these for many years basically for dividend. Happy investing

May I offer a correction. The company statement said ""We have today announced both a final ordinary dividend of 3.4p per share, and a further special dividend of 2p per share - this means that we propose to return over £17.2m to our shareholders in respect of 2024."

The 5.4p is inclusive of final and special dividends - payable in January 2025

I restate from previous years the headmasters report would say satisfactory progress continues to be made! I have held these for years and the best news coming from the Rn is the proposed dividend increase which is already decent. I will continue to hold and accept my dividends!

Jamrock, I am frightened to check my average for break even! Like you have been in here since Uncle Eric was in charge (wonder how the child birth figures pan out in China - probably lots of excited young mums!). Oh well. I only stand to lose 35k if the company folds or is taken over - don't miss it now as accumulated over more than a decade lol!

Maybe Erik Henau is returning with a buy out. Like you jamrock I am a long term holder (hit the million mark before restructuring) and have lost all excitement or enthusiasm for the B. of D. I suppose a buy out may not happen but the cash reserves alone would virtually pay for the buy out!

I must have memory loss but when was the price around £1.00? I have been in here for many years (sentenced by a judge to lifelong community service lol). My last excitement was concerning the "Iran deal" when we shot up to 25p plus. I am tempted to say "This time next year Rodney we will be........."! anywhere near 25-30p and I will be wealthy and able to buy a cup of tea in a café!! Best of investment luck to all LTH's
