big focus on the ANNUAL need for this drug - he says it many times ( and havent heard him focus on it so far ) for covid and for "whole range of virus's" with the potential to be used every year. you cant use any old interferon. 300 patients dosed so far. quite excited at the recovery of patients. well established drug. right here right now focussing as quickly as possible on covid for both in hospital and home. super focussed on people's recovery. we are investing in manufacturing so that we have 100,000's of treatments being manufactured per month in the new year.

we got very excited when we saw the first data but in last 2 months getting more and more excited about the data that gets people back to normal, back to no limitation.

100's of thousands = say e.g. 300,000 a month at 2k each like remdisiver = £600 million a month = £7.2 BILLION a year

agree with deb - ditch the breathalyser or try and sell the concept to someone else and concentrate on the amazing breakthrough and opportunity that is covid water monitoring. what a **** week.

prob asked before but how much do we reckon the treatment will cost and how many doses will be needed - ie will it be comparable to remdisivir? thanks

there was some other gov minister on bbcnews this week that was mentioned that also said treatments plural from the UK :)

i really think something is happening with government theres been enough hints. the reason they havent announced yet is they want people to still distance etc and they wont if they think there is a cure and to finish off final trials and get manufacturing up to a decent level. no point announcing the great cure if they havent got enough product.
