I have little faith Burgundy will come up with the money. They can fix something as simple as their web site. For 7 months it has said new site coming soon and still nothing to understand where they are.

It’s incomprehensible how past share holders keep passing judgement on this stock. You sold, don’t own, so buy more or just go away. You made a profit be happy and move on

You must be buying the company outright for that price. Company market cap is only $21 million. There has been no change. Big things drill in the spring, the other 2 priorities, burgundy working on funding or that comes back to us. Namibia has plans being worked both of which we are not in control. Things that could boost us a little (in my eyes): farmout agreed and fully funded for Proudhoe, burgundy funded and dates planned, pantheon success, or reconafrica positive news

Why does anyone merge? More money, cut admin cost to save money. To me it makes sense, 88 has more experience in farm out, pantheon is further ahead in a production test well. As a merger. Admin costs go down (get rid of done staff and offices), sequencing for drills changes, with production tests this year, another next year, another the year after. It makes the whole package more attractive

Should be we look at merge or acquire pantheon ?

I thought they were moving corporate to Texas?

Would merge with 88 energy be helpful?

I believe there will be. $6+ mil in the bank. Will need rsis until revenue in a few years

So did you read like I did, aerial should done. Result by end of Q1, then 9 months for environmental and permits for 2 drill sites. And in mean time by mid 2026 funding for this 2 drills and setting up for drill rigs. I assume this puts drill in early 2027?

So mid year or earlier expect a raise. I may sell 25% next week. Save to jump in after the raise

They have 8-10 million in the bank. They have cost every year. If farmouts won’t cost, only lost %. But Namibia may cost to continue. Wish there was a projection on when dilution might occur. Sell just before announce and buy back at lower price

Andy’s it takes $40 per barrel to extract the oil. So margin between this and barrel is around $20

506,000,000 barrels x $20 = $10 billion. Divided by 2 billion shares = $5 per share. Even if we farm out and get 25% that’s still over a $1 per share.

This is only that one play. Not the rest of Alaska or potentially Namibia.

It has always been a risk/reward stock from my view. At this stage I risk death before any reward.

I b would like more detailed 2026 plans (Alaska permits, burgundy steps to mobilize/drill/flow tests dates, firm dates on Namibia.

I often wonder what a hit in any area would do for the stock.

I expect no changes, usually leadership is focused on their own priorities and general have no humility for what others are feeling. I just am not knowledgeable on how the oil industry works but it should move faster than what it does with this group. Burgundy is run that show while we sit on the sidelines. But really how long does it take to analyze data, especially with new AI abilities. We should know our drill spot am for Namibia already. If we can’t find farm out partner for our other Alaska, they do a capital raise and do it ourselves. All I’m asking is to move the rock and prove you can lead this company

You don’t run Phoenix, it’s Burgundy

You aren’t running Namibia.

You’re other assets you are looking for farm out.

Someone else does the analysis for the projects.

The projects are moving at a snails pace with no real emphasis on completing or driving to find anything.

What do you do all day. You should be working 70-80 or 100 hr weeks to get moving on everything permits, support, money, whatever it takes. Instead I feel you work 10 hrs a week and making a salary for what. Nonproduction. Bad buys (longhorn), years rolling by, name changes.

In the end you have gotten no where. I’m getting impatient as are other. Your job is to find oil and get not into production. This should be your daily mission and many of us don’t feel you are doing that
