Blencowe Resources: Aspiring to become one of the largest graphite producers in the world. Watch the video here.
...voting no.
I'm definitively voting. I'm not concerned about the losses I may incur; this company's criminal ways must end.
Do we estimate the value of the privately held shares will go up once there is anther 40 mil pumped into the company?
I'm voting against it just to take a swing at the company going into administration, at least the pr1ks running the company now will be out of a job as well. It is absolutely infuriating that they keep going when the shareholders get burned.
In the final month of VLS's existence on the stock market, who's still holding?
Perhaps the bosses paid themselves some tasty bonuses knowing the end was near. A nice "legal" way to get out with their pockets full. In an ideal world, an investigation that could lead to fraud, would be spectacular. How a remuneration board could approve over a million quid in bonuses for two people when there is virtually no revenue or cash runway. I wonder how many stock holders are left, retail together with institutional. Is there any way of finding this out?
The sooner one starts accepting, the better. There is no point in clinging to false hope. VLS is done, and the shareholders will pay the price.
I can't imagine that any insight exists at this stage. All that's left is a Hail Mary shot at a short-lived spike, then dump.
Not a peep from the CEO in all this? Must be hiding in one of his luxury villas. Zero F's given.
Who can elaborate more on this " Completion of the Possible Offer would result in the admission to trading on AIM of the shares of the Company being cancelled."
If they know what they are doing why were they involved in a very high risk asset to begin with?
Surely any due diligence on Velocys would have highlighted the outrageous salaries and raised alarm bells. The million (plus) quid for just two members of staff would have gone a long way toward keeping the lights on a bit longer. I still can't get over how they got away with that, and now the shareholders pay the price
Looks like the sellers are taking over now.
News will hit, most likely a placing at around 1.25 or so, half the last placing price. Those looking for 2p and above are really stretching.
This needs some solid RNS now. something to tame the waters and keep the price moving up.
From 8p to an average of 1.65. A very useful crash. Lowering my target for break even and getting the hell out of this space.
He has already "earned" it, probably bought some property by now. Nobody will invest without a large diluting fundraise. In their defence, markets just keep getting worse and worse for lending/borrowing.
Exp, you mean I called it, why thank you.
Exp. you have been right often but this is not your best work. I would say the more pressing issue is that October is nearly over and VLS still haven't announced further funding. Just a hunch that we will not have good news about this, and they don't have much cash runway left.
Charliesmith technicals don't mean much when the fundamentals are this bad.
