George Frangeskides, Chairman at ALBA, explains why the Pilbara Lithium option ‘was too good to miss’. Watch the video here.
….. we might have lift off. Have added, good luck all
It's the market as a whole. Breakouts are being sold into, and even stocks reaching all time highs are being pegged back. For the most part the falls are on low volume. I've sold my holding but see no reason not to buy back in when the market improves. The buy and hold bods may have to hold onto their hats.
Good post. Getting very near to my target. Will watch, might be tempted to have little nibble with a tight stop if it doesn't fall through 15.30
I'm tempted but still stacks of overhead resistance and still no clear breakout
Getting near it
What about the index it leaves? Won't there be selling because of that? Anyway, so far today, breakout denied - but I think it will come
Still looks like a seller to me. Maybe when they've cleared we'll move up. Let's hope for a TR-1 soon.
Wouldn't surpise me if it came down to test previous resistance around 15.3-15.4p.
As djframboise alluded, strong volume but costant overhead resistance means the share is struggling to get anywhere. Is there a seller?
The whole market is obsessed with inflation & interest rates. The CPI comes out hot in America, they fear there the Fed won't cut in May, everyone suffers & the LSE cannot hold its own and is pumelled, like today. Rinse and repeat
I agree market sucks. Contantly being told UK market is cheap but no (institutional) investors want to put their money where their mouth is and buy UK shares to power the share price higher, but the US market contniues to be bought up.
Companies in this country being being taking private or merging, but no share buying. Why?
Impossible to sell as little as 500, have to sit and suffer
Yes, let's hope this is the fuel for the rocket, added a few more
Well called Briny. Not just those that panicked but those who had automated stops taken out would feel sick as well, such has what happened to me recently with GMS & SRP. Fortunately, more by luck, I did not have an auto stop on this one.
(alliance news) - jpmorgan raises bab**** international target to 630 (610) pence - 'overweight'
see if this prompts a rebound
Forgetting this share for a moment, in general, the governemnt or powers that be need to reinstall some confidence into the LSE & get money flowing back into it - not out. Doing away with stamp duty for all shares not just aim should be the first thing.
£4.242, 8.93% down, the lowest of the day. be mega surprised if this is opening up tomorrow. what an abo****e joke
I'm really wondering whether to bother with our markets and whether they have afuture anymore, especially when you comapre them to America.
I'm waiting to see what it closes it, before I form an opinion on that.
Thanks. All the slow accumulation over the last couple of months wiped out in one day.
.....has happened here today?
