In my opinion, Capita have made amazing progress on what can only be described as a complete and utter mess by the previous MyCSP. They are the one's that should be held accountable for this - not Capita. I would expect minimal actions against Capita, who are probably the best placed organisation to move this forward successfully. Insourcing is not the right choice and Capita should now continue to run the contract under strong leadership and with the appropriate updates and Cabinet Office monitoring. Well done Capita. I'd expect to see a good rise in the share price, particularly when the Aug business update arrives.

There is a lot of media scare mongering going around regarding Capita.

CPI is clearly as solid as ever and the SP will continue with a consistent trajectory upwards, particularly post Aug 23. There is never a better time to invest than now.
