I have no more idea what is going on with this share than the next man, but here's some cheerful guesswork - suppose you were running things in K.S.A, and you were convinced that MSRA was the business. Could you afford to let such an important and strategic product be controlled from outside KSA. If your answer isNO then what to do about it? I would enter into possibly lengthy negotions to buy buy buy Bye, Bye, Rennet.
In my opinion an offer to buy could account for an awful lot of what has gone on recently. But that is purely speculative.
