They have stated that dividend growth is a priority so a similar hike in the final dividend, as in the interim, would see a total divi of about 9p. However, I'm sure I read somewhere that it could be nearer 10p - obviously just an analyst's opinion. Hence my 7p prediction.

Rock solid stock and the final dividend should be around the 7p mark. Glad I bought more at 190.

Sports retail is fickle and once you're out of fashion, there's nothing you can do about it - see Jjb sports as an example. Ashley doesn't even have quality as a buttress against reduced footfall.

The quote on here looks out of date. It was 7.21p last year and they raised the interim to 1.85 so I guess that the 2016 full year dividend will be over 8p. A good buy, I reckon.

1.85p dividend, 900k profit last year and near the yearly low. Looks like a bargain.
