I am a very long term holder who voted No. Is it possible that the bod are only looking at deals that protect their future
and salaries, bearing in mind that they do not hold many shares between them and have they received any offers for a complete outright purchase for the whole company lock stock and barrel that has been declined for that reason ? Call me a cynic if you like but Its just a thought that has been bugging me.
I have just contacted ii to lodge by vote against the sale and what I was told was AIM stock meeting votes have to be done manually, similar to International stock.
So, if you want to reply to this message with your voting attention, I will log the relevant request manually for you.
It looks that all ii clients will have to do the same.

If I lost the lot is neither here or there when one considers the plight of all those poor suffering people caused by
one persons whim to try to turn the clock back on history. Totally mind blowing that people around him allow it to happen. :-(
Hi I have been here for 10+ years do I qualify as a long time holder or a very long time holder. But being the all time optimist it seemed like a good idea to stick around just to see if it does come good, holding 1.6 mill whether they will be worth anything when I fall off my perch who knows?

Two of the most commonly-used types of batteries, Nickel Cobalt Aluminium (NCA) and Nickel Manganese Cobalt (NMC) use 80% and 33% nickel respectively; newer formulations of NMC are also approaching 80% nickel. Most Li-ion batteries now rely on nickel.
Don't post much, but I read a lot. My first purchase in august 2009 at 10p have now amassed just short of 2 mill at 1.6p..does that qualify me as a long term holder. Hope something happens as I 'me getting on a bit now :-((
