That's a huge assumption that the institutions will vote yes. A lot took part in a fund raise at 16.5p.

I would be very surprised if they could garner 25% let alone get 75% !

Lombard Odier are only recent purchases so are out for a quick profit. Now Sustainable Capital appear to be based in Mauritius the same as Export Holdings so i would imagine they are not neutral by any means.

I would guess that New Luika & Singida will have separate share Companies and would probably have been set up with loans from the parent Company. i would also take a guess that it would take some while for the investments to be repaid thereby any 16% holding in these Companies would not receive any dividend for quite some while IMHO.

I think they will just produce guidance for Singida rather than for the whole group.

Or late reported buys from Tuesday.
