I thought we had gone past the manipulation but it seems to be back again !

Everything appears to be getting put back. We have been told that drilling will take place in June with a MRE in the 3rd quarter. Construction of a pilot plant 4th quarter was on the original presentations but it seems like this is now set for early 2026. Hopefully we don't have to wait until the 4th quarter for the MRE as the latest set of drilling is supposed to be infill so that it could be produced.

I'm not sure what harm it does as peeps do it all the time to test demand. Obviously not in a size of 2 million and surely MM's are aware of this. Am i missing something ?

It could have been from yesterday. Market Makers can delay showing large amounts for 1 or 2 days i believe.

Nothing wrong with being autistic. Just trying to explain your hundreds of posts about nothing and the fact you feel you have to respond to everything.

He did say he would take 15p as a last resort. I don't blame him selling down.Too much uncertainty.

But why announce now ? Are they concerned that all these shares pi's are selling are falling into hostile hands ?

Sandgrove last reported on the 22ndJan that they held just shy of 16 million shares. In this latest RNS they are reported to hold over 46 million shares but no notifications have been posted.

Where did Sandgrove suddenly appear from. Firstly i thought that was Samsom Rock who have been accumulating but seems not.Also Odier increased their holding but i have seen no RNS.

A lot of money was raised around the 16p level so for those institutions they will want to see some sort of profit on their investment. 18p would be my guess.

I'm not expecting a bid until after the result of the scheme of arrangement which i expect to be rejected.

Yes our 3.51% so far could well turn out to be over 10% at the court meeting so with institutional help it should be turned down.

Barclays won't consider it a Corporate action until after the court hearing by which time its too late. If you hold shares in Barclays Nominees you have to phone them your vote.

I very much doubt that. Price has been moving up as sellers decline.

Just don't see them get anything like 75% under the scheme of arrangement to take the Company private.

More likely scenario if that fails is for them to make an offer for the Company and try and get over 50% for starters.

Some of the institutional holders will demand a lot higher premium for their acceptance.
