Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
Thank you Bushmaster.
The ABC-19 Test seems 'front page' news today (i.e. increased tweeting by both ODX/ABDX) so hopefully an indication some positive news to follow soon.

PART 2
I would like to take the opportunity to highlight one part of the report when considering the global shortage of available vaccines and the understandably well received gesture of the PM to offer surplus vaccines to poorer nations. Importantly the report stresses……”The initial data from the study being performed at the University of Birmingham supports the rationale that vaccination programmes could benefit from determining an individual's antibody status not only after vaccination but also prior to vaccination Should these results continue to be seen in further studies, and with other vaccines, this demonstrates that the AbC-19 TM antibody test could potentially assist in patient stratification and resource management in overburdened international healthcare settings.”
As an NHS Volunteer myself I would be grateful for reassurance that the government/DHSC are fully aware of the enormous benefit this UK ABC Antibody test offers not only in utilising vaccines only where necessary (i.e. it determines a person’s need for a vaccine by establishing if they already have anti-bodies) as part of the current vaccine roll out (including offering a degree of ‘understanding/status’ of those who have decided to decline the vaccine) but also the vital means with which to fight this terrible pandemic over the coming years. I understand the DHSC are in negotiations to secure the supply of this test for the duration of this pandemic and will be relieved for confirmation accordingly.
Best Regards

Good Morning,
I have had some communication with my MP last year on the basis that I was a blood donor and wanted to highlight what I saw as an opportunity when donors give blood to be tested for anti-bodies (this was before any vaccines) so that those testing positive for having anti-bodies could have their blood potentially used for those at risk.
Following the news yesterday I decided to again contact my MP, to acknowledge the efficiency of the vaccine roll-out operation (which everyone I speak to has been extremely complimentary about) and to feel I have done something to highlight this positive UK development.
I like to think what I said is accurate, does not upset those that maybe of differing political views and I am not deluding myself that it will make a material difference.......it makes me feel better when communications from companies is not as forthcoming as I would wish.
EMail today.......
Good Morning,
I trust you are keeping safe and well.
First of all I would like to take this opportunity to commend the Prime Minster (PM) and government (in conjunction with the DHSC/Military/NHS) on not only the Mass vaccination programme but having the foresight to secure supplies of vaccine which was always likely (and is) to be limited in availability. Hopefully this will go some way to restoring the electorate’s confidence in the PM/Government in the overall management of the pandemic, which in fairness, all governments have struggled with.
It is obviously great news for the UK that one of the first vaccines to be introduced was that developed by the Oxford/AZ team.
The purpose of my e mail is to highlight the news yesterday from another UK success, that of the UK RTC (it’s formation encouraged by the PM to significantly develop and expand the UK diagnostics industry), whereby the lead member, Abingdon Health shared the results from the study by the University of Birmingham
https://www.lse.co.uk/rns/ABDX/data-on-abc-19-as-cdx-for-pfizer-biontech-vaccine-9ys7jh9f79y6e2d.html
which confirmed that the UK designed ……..” The AbC-19TM rapid antibody test was effective in demonstrating the immune response of patients to the first dose of the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine”. This anti-body test has already been recognised to work with the Oxford/AZ vaccine as it was developed in conjunction.

Hi BigJock,
Thanks for update.
Do you know why the TT is taking longer than indicated by Colin (i.e. Xmas/NY). I thought there had been mention we would produce Mologic first (under our brand) and then switch to AVCT when/if approved?
Thanks

Good Morning GHPGTM,
Exactly same experience with Interactive Investor this morning and I am going to look and see if there is someone better.
I had both a buy and sell stuck in queuing system (not ODX trades) and gave up with phone call after 15 minutes.

PBoo,
I completely understand that but maintain that as I monitor trades and have been buying throughout the last 2 days it is more likely a buy, so suggest we agree to disagree.

Good Afternoon,
Of the 4 late 'sells' just reported 2 x15ok, 1 x 156k and 1 250k and having checked range at time of transaction the 250k for ££207.75k and one of the 150k for £126k are buys (IMO), just for info. if you don't have access to all trades listed.

Good Morning,
I asked question this morning from Walbrook regards following and sharing the response:
Q. "Can you advise the length/term of the government manufacturing contract or is it open ended?"
A. "I don’t know the answer to your first question so I’m just checking (a) what that is, and (b) whether Omega are precluded from disclosing this – details of the contract and that aspect of the announcement were subject to DHSC scrutiny so I’m not sure what else can be confirmed if not in the statement. I’ll have to come back to you on that."
Q. "Presumably the TT is still ongoing as well?"
A. "Mologic tech transfer is still continuing."
Will post any further updates if I receive.

Hi Flashy,
There is a 15 minute time delay. If you check again at 16:46 the correct price should be shown.

Good Evening,
There was a post (Jack smith) on Twitter approx. 17:30 intimating a number of large Sells from yesterday (4th Feb.) but reported only after hours today. For those without access to full listing my investigation (and opinion) of these 'Sells' is as follows:
08:52 sell price 67.0p 60,000 £40,200 reported as sell and as trading range was 66-69 does appear to be a sell
09:40 sell price 68.90 72,554 £49,999 reported as sell, trading range 66-69 so suggest this was actually a Buy
10:15 sell price 67.25 50,515 £33,970 reported as sell and as trading range 66-69 a sell
10:32 sell price 68.42 43,832 £29,999 reported as sell, trading range 66-69 so suggest this was a Buy
14:47 sell price 69.02 36,750 £25,360 reported as sell, trading range 68-70 so suggest this was a Buy
Have a good weekend and hope next week we get some positive news!

Completely agree Asher, news imminent!
Thanks BigDano, appreciate the response.
TW,
It is not clear though if in 4 months in order to get from 500k to 2m they will need to work 7 days and more importantly if as you say it is only 5 then why?
Good Morning,
I contacted Walbrook a week ago to try and clarify what the full production capacity was at Alva. I did this as over the last 2 weeks I believe there had been a couple of posts referencing 5 day working weeks. I had always assumed that they would want to ‘sweat the asset’ and build to a 24/7 model.
I received a response back yesterday which basically said that they thought this level of detail (of information) was not appropriate to divulge to investors. I challenged this response because in my original message I made it clear that if they are only planning to work a 5 day week and can get to 2m units a week (through utilising/adding more space, staff and machinery) that would suggest they can produce 400k units a day. More importantly, if they utilised the weekends then that would suggest the opportunity is there to produce a further 800k units (i.e. c2.8m/week).
My background is operations and running distribution centres and have always worked on the principle that it was my responsibility to ‘sweat the asset’ (as long as demand so warrants) and I know weekend working can be unpopular/have its challenges but I was quite taken aback by the Walbrook response. As an investor (and I believe quite a significant one) I believe I have every right to know whether one of the sites I am invested in is capable (in time) to increase its production by 40% because that would increase revenue, reduce CPU and increase the SP.
Perhaps I or, they have misunderstood what I am asking or possibly someone else knows the answer, or enjoys a better relationship than I do with Walbrook and can clarify whether in April 2021 the requirement is to work the Alva site 24/7 or 24/5?

Good Morning,
I thought I would just share an e mail I sent this morning to Walbrook and response. No real news unfortunately. I was hoping Finn Cap might produce an update in same format as per their 22nd June Company Note - Pg 10-11) to reflect increased capacity from April.
Question:
"Sorry to bother you but the challenge of attracting Institutional Investors is an area that I do not believe gets a great deal of discussion but one which (in my opinion) is key to the company achieving the potential the hard work of Colin and team deserves.
I appreciate that Finn Cap are adamant (ref. 30th November Company Note) that they cannot produce an indicative target SP but without this how do you ‘sell’ the potential to an institutional investor? I would have assumed that a key factor for them would be, “if I invest £1m in ODX what might that be worth in 3 years time?” A number of investors have attempted to forecast future SP using low and high assumptions around revenue and I don’t understand why Finn Cap cannot do the same (as long as they state the assumptions their figures are based on).
Perhaps I’m wrong in my assumptions above and Finn Cap are right but then it would be great to have some feedback on how they are attempting to attract Institutions to invest (without forecasted SP’s) and (ideally) any update as to their progress? About 2 weeks ago when the markets were much more active (strangely quiet last few days) I believe there were a number of significant buys and hoped a TR1 would land announcing a new II (and maybe still will) but nothing yet."
Answer:
"I’m going to be out of the office today – but I think the answer to your question is in the 22 June finnCap not which shows institutional investors the revenue and growth profit potential for manufacturing of both ELISA and Lateral Flow based on capacity usage. This is exactly what you would do when you can’t forecast with certainty what volumes will be but you can indicated to institutional investors what the potential can be – based on those metrics and the assumptions of risk of delivering capacity utilisation they can make their own conclusions on potential target valuations.
I’m afraid finnCap don’t provide updates on how they go about their job of liaising with institutional investors on behalf of their clients so I can’t help any further. I’m sure they had arrangements in place for the company to update institutional shareholders this week following their results announcement,."
