Good points BP but my research into Cevdet Caner, the man behind NIU, show him to be involved with several questionable activities e.g. overvaluation of real estate projects to inflate balance sheets and raise more capital. Related‑party transactions (e.g. Glasmacherviertel in Düsseldorf) at allegedly inflated prices, linked to Caner and associates. NIU reneged on the funding plan, for which we still have no explanation.

I will be voting against most of NIU's resolutions since they are a big contributor to the mess we're in and the massive losses many of us have incurred.

#1. No way on earth should they sit on the BoD. They cannot be trusted. At all.

#2. Will cost too much and waste our very minimal and precious resources, putting company in a more vulnerable position (maybe this is what NIU wants).

#3. Ok...can see the use of this.

The schedule states that question 461 next Thursday 26th Feb is specifically about ratification for Ewoyaa!! One day before the President’s state of the nation address! Finally, this could be coming to a head and we can reap the rewards!
