Hi Roy, appreciate your input, with age comes wisdom and also patience, I remember looking at AAZ several years ago and wondering why it was so low, the board was full of negative posts, and one of the major shareholders was selling down the stock. Remind you of Mtl lol

Its probably a positive the taxes going to the Philippine government it gives Mtl more security.

Debt in Oct was 134 million with 4million paid I presume the 134 debt was after payment.In theJanuary quarter two payments were made for 8 &7.3 15.3 million paid, this brought debt down to 129.3million . April quarter two payments were made one for 12.3 million and one for 3 tolal paid 15.3 million this brought dept down to 120.5 million . I like the look of Mtl and it should have a market cap of about 150 million, but way to much money is going to the major shareholders through interest?

Anyone see the AAZ RNs today? mtl are producing more gold. Reading through the end I see two of the larger shareholders have given mtl the loans needed .why are the interest rates so high ? They are costing themselves money with this low market cap.

It would be good if Mtl could renegotiate the interest rates being paid, they have now proved they can repay the loan. They rates are way to high, and it seems to be the only thing holding this back.

On a positive note mtl are producing just under a million dollars a week profit. On a negative note the interest is swallowing up a lot of those payments being made 15.3 million paid in the last quarter and debt reduced by just under 8million.
On a plus side not many aim listed gold producers in such a strong situation. It would be good to see a share consolidation here, and for the company to add some more assets. Once they get the debt lower the quarterly payments will clear it at a lot faster pace. If Gold goes were we think it will go that will be a huge bonus.

Mtl website gives a resource of 1.42 million Oz of gold from 15:percent of the total asset. Not sure how recent that information is.

This is looking pretty good, unusual for a share to keep climbing like this, hope iam patient enough to stick with this long term. I wonder what the market cap will be in six months ?

Do Mtl have any additional assets? Iam a holder bought in a couple of weeks ago, so I know very little about mtls history.it would be good to see the debt fall rapidly, and then maybe they could buy back some shares.

Well I suppose all the uncertainty with Rogue Baron has now cleared up .It would be good to also get some info on the financial side if things also.

Very disappointed in the latest investment, unfortunately we don't have a say in where the share holders money is invested, some heartbreaking stories recently in the press about young men taking there own life's through gambling . I will stay invested because rincon could be huge , the money would have doubled in Rincon in the first month. Totally agree with apr up to now the bod have done nothing wrong, this I feel us a huge let down.

I see this as a long term hold i think from memory there assets are worth around £32 mill dont know if that was dollars or pounds , very impressed with this one very well run business and it looks like gas is going to be a big growth sector in the coming years dont like the spread but hopefully that will change going foward this and tym are my safe investments and l have gone in heavy in ldp high risk high reward that one but they ave around about £1,5 mill to invest just waiting for news gl reap.

The free float was 7% and when we had the £200,000 buy that left only 6% so on a good rns who knows were this will go . They are forecast to go into profit after 2014 but thing can change very fast gdl have just signed a big deal in india we may get a piece of the action there who knows.

Expect anyone to trade this with a 200% spread , i know there is very limited stock as i had a top up two days ago 18,000 at 3.50 and my broker told me there was a small amount on the books at 4p and then it gos to 7p , looks like we just need to chill and wait for news .
