I just read on kitco, that the Philippines mines bureau expect the lifting on the ban on open pit mining soon. That's a big bonus for mtl.

We may see some ups and downs along the way but I will be surprised if this isn't above 5p year end. Bit coin got hammered yesterday with changes in China. I also think Mtl should have a new name? The stigma connected to the early years is behind them now.

Interesting how Eric sprott bought into Gal and they are now at 40p. They are producing a fraction of what MTL produce. I know the bod are doing a great job, but it would be great if they did a buy back with shares, or did a share consolidation.

Great post, these companies move on news and sentiment, I think if they restructure debt, the Candy brothers would make way more through through the share price being catapulted much higher. Also things are improving, and the board has been strengthened for a reason.

Gold is up around a $100 an Oz in the last week. that's worth the best part of two million dollars extra per quarter to mtl.

Production not exploration.

Surprised to see this drop after today's news, to me this stands out compared to some other Goldie's that seem to be years away from exploration.
