I agree with your comments Zengas, the problem is that nobody cares about teh fundamentals anymore as everybody is fed up with teh company governance and lack of communication - (very) patient investors willing to ignore the noise can make good money on this as you say, but there clearly isn't a very long waiting line of those investors trying to get in / increase

Noix - apologies, i didn't know thtat rule but seems reasonanle - i misunderstood you were implying they were in close period because they knew whether or not they were going to publish the annual report with auditor sign-off in time

If they know they won't release the accounts before the end of the month, they should have informed the market given this is material information and they gave a trading update at the AGM, hence i disagree that they are in a close period now

It is quite surprising the company isn't stepping in and buying back shares at these levels, given their previous statements they would opportunistically buy back shares - unless they are waiting for a 5-handle off course, which is quite inconsistent with AK buying shares at 7p most recently...

How can the resolution of the arbitration all of a sudden be delayed by 1 year without any warning / explanation?

Bid / ask spread for this stock is truly ridiculous - and if you put in an order somewhere in between many platforms don't seem to enter it because it is deemed too far away from the posted bid or offer levels... how can this be?

That'snot correct - DNO said clearly on the call that operations are still on hold for safety and security reasons - they resumed some drilling in anticipation of an operations restart, but currently there is no oil flowing

Anther RNS, another legal defeat as they lost the costs appeal - incredible how much this whole arbitration debacle has cost us, yet mgmt keeps taking nice bonuses and share options...

A company which seems to have 80 employees to manage a completely passive stake, a somaliiland pipedream and an Oman early development - i really wonder what they all do all day long...

So mgmt, which has only destroyed value in the last couple of years, is now getting almost 3m shares at nil cost to reward all their hard value destructive work in 2025 - on what planet is this board living that they think this is reasonable?

Savannah must be the only oil and gas company in the world whose share price has come down since the Iran war broke out...

Has anybody heard anything about a potential restart of the Tawke field, because oil flowing through the Turkey pipeline is liquid gold given the Street of Hormuz closure - neither DNO nor Genel have made any official disclosure on Tawke operations or have i missed something?

If they are deemed to be acting in concert, they would already have had to make a mandatory tender given they have more than 30% combined, no?

Finally a smart move by the company to buy back a bunch of shares at 6.8p!

Overall quite a disappointing share price performance today... market cap only up ~GBP6m
