Increasing metal prices are pretty much guaranteed in the long-run if fuel costs stay high but in the short-term I think it could cause a lot of pain for miners. War also creates a lot of destruction which requires large amounts of raw materials to repair so I think long-term things look good for miners with both increasing demand and increasing metal prices.

Looks like Nessis also has Israeli citizenship which potentially gives him immunity from prosecution in Russia or any other country in the world. So potentially, if he were to steal money, it would be very easy for him to escape punishment simply by hiding in Israel.
