Seems to be dropping more and more. Like others, I have a substantial holding, and indeed have been adding as the price comes down, but now I am wary of missing something. Is anyone short-selling them? The market feels that the unlisted securities are overvalued, I'm told. If that is the case, have the management been complacent?

Please excuse this question if it is really basic stuff, but I notice a lot of REITs have their last 'actual' NAV as 31/12/21. Looking at EPICs accounts, this was declared in February. Is there a given date on which the new NAV for Q1 will be declared?

Agree with BPat890. Not sure why the sp has taken such a knock, but nearly 10% down so I think I'll be topping up first thing tomorrow without necessarily waiting for it to drop below the psychologically important 900 mark. HGV driver lack may slow sales but not the underlying demand for products. I think it looks like a cracking buy now.

Isn't it a case of people realising that the UPOL sale will mean a nice dollop of cash sometime this year?

Anyone have any idea why CEO offloading recently? Hope it is to pay tax bill or summat....

Telegraph's Questor advised selling some to lock in gains. As it is a well-established company that is dealing well with issues that crop up [sugar tax etc] this smacks of not 'letting your winners run'.
