One is a high grade carbonatite, the other is a low to mid grade ionic clay project. Tonnage isn't everything. Apples and oranges.

Those who aren't familiar with rare earths need to realise this is genuinely a world class intercept. This carbonatite in diameter is about as big as Kangkunde maybe a tad smaller. Grades exceptional from first hole

Incredibly undervalued IMO. To hit those grades off the first drill hole is extremely bullish.
