Thanks Bullfreg, thought that to be the case. Classic P&D Peer, I agree people are allowed to trade it, good luck to them! Just want to highlight the considerable risk here
Even says in the RNS that it's financiers are not treating it as a going concern and that it is being prepared to be wound up....yet it's up 75%. Am I missing something??
Needs to narrow to make this interesting
Those buys were directors putting their own money in...good result
The price is all over the place!! Balls of steel required here but this could be immense this afternoon with those buys
24% increase in revenue
2.68 on dummy sell now....creeping up
Could be a very exciting day ahead, moving on very little volume. If the results do show profit then this will really accelerate
Well put valion, I tried to convey the same message yesterday but was shouted down. Running at a £1m+ loss and financiers attributing little to no value to equity means that this is likely to delist/fold entirely, with only debt holders seeing any return on their investment. Shareholders will be at the back of the queue unfortunately. Again, well done to everyone who took profit on this, but it is highly probable that this will end in tears for holders this week. GLA
Absolutely right, all that metal that makes your energy efficient installations is just laying around on the surface of the earth!
" The Board notes that all of the proposals received attribute little value to the equity in the Company. There is no certainty that any of these proposals, or any alternatives, will be ultimately successful. " I remember virtually identical wording from London Mining a few years back. The next day the share was pumped up to let a few exit at decent levels, then two days later it was suspended and went into liquidation. Just a warning to all those in here, profit is profit and take it while you can. GLA
I think quite a few of them are buys. I took some at 4.94 and was surprised to see it reported as a sell.....they do love a false spread on here though
I'm hopeful of this week too, but the wording is a little ambiguous. It could be read that the scenarios will be available to the board by the end of June, rather than released to the market: "The inputs will then be incorporated into updated financial models, with a view to having optimized development scenarios available for consideration before the end of June 2017."
A lot of profit taking happening now and I'm so happy for all the guys who 2 bagged earlier, happy Monday! I'm not in this, just studying spike patterns at the mo - the RNS seems to have substance but for the new guys please be careful buying in now (although would love to see this hit 2.5 for all you long terms holders.) Good luck all wish I'd take a punt when I saw the RNS!
Every single one of those Sells is actually a buy looking at the price. Shameful
Agreed, I was expecting a lot worse given the RNS. Still viewing this is a good long termer given the CEO's appetite for building and selling companies in the past
'adequately financed to meet its planned programs and business objectives'. Nice Very happy with the operational and financial results, she's a keeper.
Contacted admin regarding the RNS and got the following response: Thank you for your email, We appreciate you bringing this issue to our attention. My colleague has informed me that the reason we have not shown the KLG RNS is because it was not released on the London Stock Exchange. Because KLG is also listed on the Canadian Stock Exchange, it released the RNS on the CSE and not on the London Stock Exchange. I apologise for any problems this may have caused, but we cannot show the RNS. If you have any other questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Going by the mood of the BB I think it's safe to say that any short term lift in SP will see even more sells. Long termers might have a shaky few weeks. p.s that makes 5 of us.
Yeah, getting the same
