Baron Oils was 0 .0430 on 3 Feb.2020 & went up to 0.53 within four days on 7Feb. The way this is rising, will it outperform Boil, I wonder!
Kareevlai Diamond mine nearly Kimberley:- 1847 carats sold in Q1. Two large diamonds recovered & sold, 8.97 carat diamond sold for $74513 & 16.28 carat sold for $78947. They have strengthen the mining team. When they issue Q2 production update in early July, it would be exciting. Please read the full RNS report of 2 April, 2019 & if you fill your investment in this company will be rewarded, have a go. Good luck all.
RNS:- "Directors believe that it is likely that the resolutions will be passed at the general meeting." That means they are not very confident about their intention to delist.
What a joke!!!!!
No wonder, no trades so far. With 50% spread it is too difficult as you have to pay 0.30 to buy & sell would fetch only 0.20. AIM should limit spread to max. 10% to facilitate trades!!!!
Will they admit error of judgement if they have realised that the chances of getting 75% approval to de-list are zero and cancel the plan. Then the sp will rebound, spread will normalise and trading volumes soar as confidence return.
RNS states canceling listing on AIM will be in the interest of the co. & shareholders!! If it would be good for shareholders, why the sp fell so much yesterday? It is highly unlikely that the proposal would get 75% approval. If it is rejected, what happens? What else they are likely to do. If they care about the small holders, why they don't continue trading and take other measures to boost profit & their reputation!!!
If holders are going to get 1p a share, why people are buying at upto nearly 70% more since last week. Now falling but still there are buys at about 40% premium!!! Mind blowing!!!
Skywalker123 & so many others. I am really sorry for all of you, I have also lost here. Please do not worry too much as it may affect your health. What can we do when such a good business can be ruined hastily? BOD members would be laughing as they will get rich. HMV was a done deal with Mike Ashley & suddenly a Canadian company emerged with a better deal and bought the company. Can that happen to Flyb as there appears to be several big holders interested, I wonder!!!!

Many thanks for your reassuring post & not to worry about narrow-minded posters.
Thanks again and all the best to you
Thanks a lot eviking for giving some hope to holders. When I posted similar message yesterday, SteadyEddie said it was a stupid comment, which was very primitive response. Posters read various RNS & other news and post their thinking on this board & everybody is entitled to express their views. To call them rampers or stupid is mannerless & out of order.
RNS is quite supportive to Hoskins partners. I think Hoskins & other big holders will block the miserable deal & sort out the mess once they join or replace the current BOD. Light at the end of tunnel for the revival of FLYB!!!!
S4KSecurity is right as daily buys far exceed sales volumes, some in large numbers, which appears to be institutions. They have probably worked out the true value of Flyb shares!!
If current valuation puts Flub at 8.8p, why the BOD agreed 1p deal with Connect & Virgin. May be to get jobs with new management!! If that is the case Hoskins & others may suxceed to stop the takeover!!
Monopolies & Mergers Commission may investigate!!!
Risk & Reward is the name of the game & expect very high volumes tomorrow!!!
I wonder why everyday sp goes up & down frequently like a yoyo & people keep buying, paying over 6p per share. Probably they know something. Is it possible for FlyB to walk away from Connect if they receive a higher offer from another company? Everything to play for!!
Volumes are misleading as lots of buys are shown as sales, which gives incorrect impression about this stock!!!
Only buyers today & not a single seller, that is very positive.
