Garibashvili, prime minister of Georgia, shared information with the visiting ambassadors about the steps intended by the Government of Georgia to be taken before October, as this is the month when the report is expected to be released by the European Commission with recommendations to the Council of the EU on granting the status of EU Candidate Country to Georgia.

Turkish gas hub will take time, says Kremlin
Russia said that work to create a planned “gas hub” in Turkey was a complex project that would require time.
Putin proposed the idea of a Turkish gas hub last year as European countries moved to sharply cut their imports of Russian gas in response to the invasion.
“It is clear that this is quite complicated work, it is a rather complex project which, unfortunately, cannot be implemented without time shifts, without technical or other problems,” Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters.
“Such situations are inevitable in relation to the Turkish hub. We will follow it, we will continue to work with our Turkish partners.”

Mamuka Mdinaradze, the Executive Secretary of the ruling Georgian Dream party, on Sunday said Georgia was among 38 countries that had applied to the International Criminal Court in Hague to investigate war crimes committed by Russia in Ukraine, which had resulted in the ICC issuing an arrest warrant for the Russian President Vladimir Putin.
Billionaire businessman and Kremlin critic Bill Browder is turning his focus to a new target — Georgia — and is urging the EU to sanction those responsible for the condition of detained former President Mikheil Saakashvili, whose health is deteriorating rapidly.
In an interview with POLITICO’s EU Confidential podcast, Browder said it was time for the EU to expand the reach of its human rights sanctions to cover people in Georgia.
Saakashvili is a personal enemy of Russian President Vladimir Putin and his case is rapidly becoming a barometer of whether the governing Georgian Dream party in Tbilisi is willing to engage with the EU and the U.S. Georgian Dream’s critics complain that it is deliberately sabotaging the country’s EU aspirations to avoid rocking the boat with Moscow.

Every missile that Putrid launches is a nail in his coffin. His aggression has been so far reaching that it is quite amazing.
Apart from bringing 54 countries together in support of UKR, and quickening Sweden and Finland to join NATO, his every action causes Georgia ( and even Russia itself ) to push back against the dictator. The people of Belarus are also standing-up against those who would assist in the aggression towards UKR. Putrid is destroying his neighbour too.
All of the people of the world will feel the benefit when Putler is gone.
The writing 's on the wall !
Frack me !
This is the best News I've had this year.

Georgia drops bill on ‘foreign agents’ after two nights of violent protests
After criticism law was similar to Russian legislation used to stifle dissent, ruling party says it will withdraw bill
The Georgian people know precisely who their friends are. They will fight to the death to preserve their democratic rights. Good news for us FRR shareholders
Previously, Georgia has been reluctant to put their faith in the West. Justifiably so imo. What Putrid has achieved is quite amazing. 54 countries are seriously supporting UKR and 141 countries Voted in their favour at the UN. That sends out a massive signal to the Georgian people. They can clearly see where the most benefits are likely to come from. They can also appreciate, whole heartedly, the downside to life on the dark side.
Cheers !
It is better that all those who would throw our jigsaw pieces all-over the floor come out of the shadows now.
I have been expecting Georgia to kick-off, and it is good that it's happened while the aggressor remains active.
Fear of the Krumblin is fresh in the minds of the Georgian people.
Just, maybe, this will be the final assault on our investment ambitions. And 2023 will see all things begin to work towards the benefit of our bank accounts.
Glory to UKR, Georgia, Moldova and FRR.
