ferocious buying!!

this either happens with an RNS or a leak ! No RNS so....

3p arrive today.....the volume here is massive!

I would rather have a really good set of results at 5.55pm than a totally cr4p set of results at 7am!

Normally its standard news / update information RNS that arrive intraday.

Results have been worked on for some time. As long as they have been signed off and are issued prior to trading at 8am on Monday then they have broken no rules or failed to reach any deadlines.

sorry to butt in...but I must say for totally different reasons!

Previously it was down to complete failure of the Auditors and incompetency of AV to provide them with the correct information!

Last year results came out on July 7th.

A loss this year really is nothing to worry about as we know where the company will be this time next year! Personally I dont think the figures will be out until Monday.

At the GM, shareholders were presented with the first update report from Avalon
Agency, the consultants engaged by the Company to seek potential buyers for
some or all of Mediapolis's assets. This report stated that there are five
parties currently undertaking negotiations and due diligence on the assets of
the business.

Did they all dissapear in to the mediteranian ?? err...not on you nelly ! waiting and negotiating i would say.

of £4 million then the company is worth more than £5 million.

We should be around 2-3p minimum in the next 8 days or so....it's coming!
