I wondered what was going on with a 50 point drop at open...perhaps an RNS or something yet can't seem to find anything definitive?

Same thing I've done for the past x number of years holding this share - sit and watch. I've never traded SCLP, just taken a long term view, so any good news, however welcome and regardless of source, isn't going to change the way I look at Scancell.
AB - I'm in much the same spot as you suggest. Held earliest tranche for 7 years I think, ploughed money into the various open offers, etc, average sat at circa 14p.

I remember a geologist giving a speech about this and if I recall there were three factors: irregular solar orbits, degree of tilt on earths axis and a "wobble" on the axis. Getting these three in alignment can either contribute to warming or cooling episode.
This was in a speech about the geology of the Baltic and how the land/sea floor is still rising having had the weight of thr last ice age (circa 10,000 years ago) lifted. There is without doubt an natural cycle to these things but similarly I don't think unbridled manufacturing and associated emissions help much!
