Fosun's bid is based on wanting into the European travel market and spreading the brand into China apparently
Anyway the issue is that this deal will dilute all existing shareholdings so this massive issue of new shares will mean that currently equity which is barely anything as it is will be massively reduced even further so what is worth 5p now will be worth .00005p as an example, just by the maths of it alone
