The exploration licence expires on the 3rd Jan 2024.

This is after being extended from the 3rd Jan 2022 for two years because of COVID.

So we either need another extension, although not sure on what basis.

Or we need the explotation license to replace it and start construction or sell it with the explotation license.

It's really that simple.

Anyone is free to look at a historic chart that tracks the price of gold over the last ten years and then overlay it with the Solgold price.

There is no correlation at all.

But you don't even need to do that.

Just remember when we were at 46 pence a share and now we are at 16 pence a share.

Was the price of gold three times what it is now.

Of course not.

This would leave us free to explore the rest of our tenements with the cash generated.

But one of the main reasons we redid the PFS was to put it into a formal that could be imported into the DFS and would leave us with little to do.

Lastly maybe we could build a cheaper open cut without a DFS. If we could take offtake at a billion pounds worth.

After all no DFS was required for the Franco Nevada deal.

Good afternoon Ortherncopper, I have maintained that the evidence favours production. If we can get the financing in place for a higher gold recovery at a cheaper rate, and a open cut to start with, which is one of the things being looked at in the strategic review. Then I believe we will obtain the explotation license.

I know in the oil and gas sector that the explotation license replaces the exploration licence and different rules apply.

I think this is why Solgold is looking for an open cut to later convert to block cave for around the billion mark.

So that we can start construction.

After all we have less than six months.

I am unsure addicknt.

That's why I was recently asking if finance had to be in situ in order for an explotation license to be granted.

Just found it.

On 3 January 2022 ENSA received approval for the two-year extension to the Economic Evaluation stage of the Cascabel license. This period shall expire on 3 January 2024 by which time the Company shall convert the current approval into the Exploitation Agreement with the State.

Addicknt if I remember correctly doesn't the exploitation license have to be in place by January next year, as isn't that when our exploration licence we expires.

So either we start construction, a JV or it's sold by then.

Good morning Monochrome, these options are to allow the CGP options that were transferred to be paid as and when they become available.

The important question is are the shares we hold (25 million pounds worth included in the options or are they held to be sold at a later date, as they are not included in the run rate over the coming year.

One thing is almost certain, he days 48 million of the 73 million is required to get us to next year as we add value to Cascabel.

So nothing happening this year.

I have now listened to it and also repeated some bits.

First : Thank you to the person who asked about the Diverse book ( it wasn't me ) .

Scott said it was a good question and gave the answer that I have been saying for years but ultimately it was a question for BHP.

SharketMare and Addicknt you were correct a number of CA's and NDA's have been signed.

He also says we are a explorer not a producer but in the next question refuses to say if a sale is the preferred option.

Also Scott says they are looking at a more cost effective way to recover the Gold content and if someone came along with a lump of money to build Cascabel we would look at it.

He also says later on that he is looking at a cheaper way to mine Cascabel in order to slowly expand it at a later date.

Lastly something I glossed over, but after listening again .

We have interest in some of our other tenements. So people are looking at these at the moment.

Many on here have no idea what a diverse book is, but Scott knows, it's a big part of how the Solgold story will play out.
