Why has it risen again........ for all the reasons I said earlier, hence my declaration of a further buy earlier in the day at 280p when it dipped.

It is still cheap. Last chance saloon at around 300p now.

Some people get spooked by trading updates that have negative information.

The positives far outweigh the negatives in my opinion.

£ 38m in cash reserves means there in no need for a cash call. Always good for a growth company.

Contracts secured far exceed last years turnover, and with the contracts secured under negotiation these will generate positive news.

Many Covid-19 stimulus packages across Europe already have billions of potential future contracts.

Two fantastic partnerships with Linde on the gas side and Shell on the motive side.

Some panic sellers today, but nothing major when you consider there are 445,000,000 in circulation.

The sell off today is not major and the sellers are finding buyers.

Look at it as a good buying opportunity, and if you are already in at your limit, hold on for the news flow.

So the important bits.......

Record backlog of £ 52.4m comprising £ 21.8 m under contract and £ 30.6m in negotiation.

Just over £ 38m in cash reserves.

In partnership with one of the largest gas companies in the world, Linde. Gas distribution is where ITM's major income will come from.

ITM Motive partnering with Shell.

The 2021 year end will be unrecognisable to this year, especially with over £ 200m of tendering opportunities in the pipeline.

Yes, some of that is built into today's price, but not all.

Always good to look back on past news. This one below is a good reminder of how the next trading update is going to shape up.

I would imagine final preparation of that is taking place now. When a share flies like this has the last month you often wonder what has escaped.

Maybe still some cash burn to declare which may frighten some investors into selling.

I think there will plenty of buyers around to hoover up any sell off. I will certainly be buying more if we are lucky enough to get a fall in the SP.

I don't worry about the SP either.

The future of Hydrogen is certainly multi billion and ITM are well placed for a slice of it.

It would be good to see some director buys at this SP level which would give some good support to the current SP.

If you look on the ii board for Next..... when it was hanging around 3000p, I predicted it to hit 8000p a few years ahead of when it did.

If you look on the ii board for Berkeley Homes when it was hanging around 800p,I predicted 2500p a few years ahead.

I don't like to make myself look a fool when I make future share price predictions so I am sticking with my prediction of 2000p for ITM inside 5 years, that is possibly Conservative.

My research on Hydrogen over the last 4 years has been major, its done me exceedingly well with ITM, Ballard, Plug, Powercell Sweden and AFC Energy.

I doubt there are many professional fund managers that have beaten my returns the last 4 years since I started to take positions in a diverse range of Hydrogen companies. It's been life changing to my retirement goal

I have been a private investor for 34 years now, you do learn a bit over time, but I do thank Jim Slater for a lot of my success.

When you look at the GW capacity that Germany are after its only ITM that could cope with that capacity at the moment.

ITM have good German connections with Linde and also are currently involved with the biggest capacity electrolyzer for the Shell refinery in Germany, coupled with their agreement with Shell to put Hydrogen on their forecourts.

This is fantastic news for ITM and backs up the expenditure on the new factory.

400p is not out of the question in the next few days.

You can expect the UK stimulus package to have a major Hydrogen allowance too.

Fantastic news. We could see 400p today off the back of this. ITM will get a slice of this for sure.

ITM Power must be on the radar too.

I have a core holding of circa 30,000 shares that I hold for the long run...... however the last few months since being lockdown I have day traded with great success.

Today has been good having offloaded some some from the last couple of days bought at 348p for 362p today.

Now back in at 355p........may roll these until tomorrow or if we hit 370p today, which is not out of the question I, will cash my current day trade in today.

My core shares have gained massively the last three months, but through day trading I have averaged circa £ 2 K per month profit.

Does anyone else have some good day trade recommendations that trade within a 10% range on a regular basis. Would be interested to hear so I can follow a few more shares worth say trading.

I have a core holding in Ballard and buy in and out of them on a regular basis as well having done well out of this share the last couple of years.

Volume up on yesterday and price resisting 355p well at the moment.

A few tree shakes today, but no massive sell offs.

So some afternoon fun. I believe the only way is up in this afternoon's session so let's see who can get closest for the end of play SP today.

I am going for 370p

Winner will get a personal invite into my cashing in party in around 4 years time when I am 60 years old, and I don't think I will be worrying about the government looking to put the retirement up to 72 years old, I think in my case and many others on here, ITM will ensure we will get a bit extra retirement time.

People want in, but they are going to have to pay to prise these off people now.

I am amazed how much profit some of the newer investors are sitting on, absolutely gob smacked to be sitting on 1500%+ myself as a long termer of 4 1/2 years and yet with 445,000,000 shares in issue, very few are selling.

Don't sell, the best is yet to come folks now ITM Power are pretty much de-risked now.

Let's see what today brings.

A buyout before then is my only worry.
But I can't moan about my current position.

What a fantastic day 340p

After walking out of the offices of ITM 4 1/2 years ago, what we see today is no surprise to me.

The only fuel that can be produced carbon free and burnt carbon free in a world that is aiming to get net zero carbon in the next three decades.

This was a massive gamble when I first invested.

Not anymore. Totally de-risked now hence we see the big rise.

Its still a bargain now. Its difficult to predict where this will end up in 5 years from now, but 1500p is not impossible and may even be way too convervative.

In 34 years of private investing I have never been this lucky and it has happened at the right time for me as I near retirement.

I also said to my wife when I got home from Sheffield, I think this could make us millionaires.

If it hits 3000p at some time, that will come true. I think that is not impossible.

We can dream can't we.

This can only be further good news for ITM. 500p a share not unrealistic by year end, even that could be conservative.

300p resistance easilty achievable in the short term based upon my research.

Maybe it's being reviewed by people that haven't thoroughly researched it and understand the prospect for green Hydrogen.

Its the only fuel that can be produced carbon free and its the only fuel that can be used carbon free.

With the world aiming for net zero carbon by 2050, and ITM being a world leader with the largest factory in the world to produce the kit, I would say go and do some of your own research, not rely on somebody else who may not have done their job properly.

If I had listened to many 4 1/2 years ago instead of going off and doing my own research, which included a visit to their factory and meeting Graham Cooley, I would be sat here kicking myself now having missed out on 1500% profit.

Read the late Jim Slater books, private investors are far more capable than some of these pundits.

I made a packet out of Greggs using one of his simple philosophies of using your eyes.

I used to walk past Greggs in many cities, and everyone had a massive queue whenever I walked past. I was very soon sitting on 100% there, I took the money and ran.

But back to ITM, do your own research, its pretty much de-risked now to when I first invested and there is always potential for this to bought out by one of the major energy players, but with its future potential, I can't see Graham Cooley letting it go cheap, if at all. He knows what he is on with this.

I'm pretty lucky really having bought most of my shares between 6p to 14p......every time there is a movement 1p either way the change in value on my holding is like playing with monopoly money.

If over the next 5 years ITM start to get involved with mixing Hydrogen into the gas networks across Europe then 1500 to 2000p could be a consevative number for the SP by 2025.

By 2050, I couldn't even hazard a guess, but with the potential ahead a £ 1.5 billion market cap now seems pretty low to me.

I walked out of their offices 4 1/2 years ago and said to my wife that I am going to take a relatively small gamble on this company as I think inside the next 10 years this company could make us millionaires.

The only thing I have got wrong so far is the timescale, it could be sooner thanks to Covid-19 now people have seen what purified air like to breathe. My allergies have never been better.
