I went to an ITM shareholder meeting just over 5 years ago Mucker700.
One of the big attractions back then was JCB's manufacturing capabilities in India. They have large factories out there and India was seen as a future major market.
JCB with it's engineering background, with established factories and workforce in this area of the world will come into it's own at some stage.
JCB were certainly right to invest when they did and already they have a fuel cell prototype digger out there so being attached to a ITM will in the future help them with portable electrolyzers for the larger building sites, a bit like the portable uni's AFC are involved with for their Hydrogen powered charging points.
I think you will find JCB were thinking way ahead, and that relationship will start to become clearer in the not too distant future.
