I am invested in other testing co's but the main one doesn't have there translation in Portuguese (announced in Spanish this weekend for promotion vid) so I think GDR could be on to something if they can take the Brazil market.

I have family over there and its a real **** show at present but obviously huge population which the country alone would be transformational here.

Save yourself 10-20k in fees but cost yourself 40-50k in poor negotiating skills of a 'property expert' who has no incentive of getting the seller the best price..
