If 'Shareholder's will be wiped out', I assume that means that at some point the value of these shares will be zero and they will be de-listed. So why is this still trading and why are people buying?

So with my Degiro account, i have my original holding of 3024 shares at a value of around 132p per share.

I also have my second holding of 3024 shares that appeared today (which I assume is my rights) at a value of 72p per share. These have an option to buy and sell. So after the 21st will I continue to have these if I do nothing? or do I need to buy further?

There is an option to sell these shares, but also an option to buy more
