To recap some of the great messages shared on this board, our next catalysts that might boost the share price could be:

- Official results from independent labs of the 159 samples coming from 5 of the 19 bore holes
- News in regards to Circum
- News in regards to RHA
- News in regards to MNH
- News in regards to any other side projects PREM has that have gone silent this 2021 (Benin, Togo, Mozambique gold etc)
- Info around a third party interest in Zulu, so a JV or buy out
- A new COO appointed

Have I missed something out? I am just trying to understand what else can be done to revive this SP, the last 2 RNSs have either dropped the price or had a luke warm reaction.

I believe another LIBS positive is that it helps them geo locate the areas of focus and not waste time with "guess drilling", which makes the DFS a lot more cost efficient.

I admit i do like the idea that others have brought forward, maybe these samples were asked to be re-verified officially in order for a third party to make a decision or part of an already pre existing agreement.
I do recall GR jumping off his seat and "not able to contain my enthusiasm" in a Stockbox interview a couple of months ago when Zulu results were first out.

Which leads me to: Acker, why do you believe it would be Zinjin? Just a hunch or you have some knowledge?

So if the LIBS needs to be re-calibrated, doesn't that mean the only results we currently have, may very well be slightly off or terribly off?
Which also means the various calculations made on this board may also be slightly or terribly off.

I agree Hammered, would be great to ask PREM:
- Which bore hole samples did you send?
- Where on the site map?
- Where did you send them? And why use the word laboratorIES?
- When did you send them?
- What is the time frame provided by these multiple labs for a return of results?

Either GR is very clever and has a masterplan.
Or there is already some type of friendly agreement or deal in the pipeline and all of this lack of guidance is smoke and mirrors.
Or as stated by some already, PREM is making it up as they go along.

.....what is real and what is fake, what are made up stories, what are assumptions and personal wishes compared to facts and reality.

This RNS did nothing for the market and very little for me. We already knew we had a lot of good quality stuff underground, more test holes are not going to do much to the sp.
We need much more for the price to shoot back up. It took an EPO to make it rocket, it will probably take a jv or sale around one or more of our assets to make it seriously react like that again.
I have been accumulating for months and I find myself down. Will not be buying more until PREM shows us something.

I agree with Bick, this RNS is a mixed bag, not bad nor great, it actually masks and glosses over some major underlying issues that PREM does not seem to want to/can tackle. (Of course you will think i am a pessimist but actually this is the first luke warm post i have made since July)

Zulu is a beast and has massive potential, we all know that for a fact since September. We can create all the calculations and stories we want, but the market knows....

Yes i did not mean this to be the ONLY board but i do find it well balanced, no rockets and apes etc. It does get tense in here at times but i don't partake, i am here for the profit, not arguing.
I am not interested if someone day trades, swing trades or invests in PREM, each to their own, as long as we can all make money. It is really important to learn to read between the lines and the sentiment on the board without getting aggressive.

Hi Johnny, yeah i've been here like you since Feb, 1p was always my target, except my target has always been Nov/Dec 2022, will we make it by then? At the speed we are moving in, factoring in all the broken timelines so far, remains to be seen.

PREM is a true test of patience so fingers crossed we get what we are all waiting for: some type of info or closure on MNH, Circum and RHA, more lab results, more dfs news and then Zulu, Zulu and more Zulu focus.

I agree with Acker when he said this board is the most balanced, realistic and factual. All comments are welcome as long as not aggressive or personal.

I also hope the comms improve and the timelines are respected. A simple change and comms person could do that from any corner of the world, even just once a week with minor updates, pictures, fun facts, results etc.
Fingers crossed we get an RNS tomorrow or Friday and that it actually boosts interest and not deflate value.

I hope you guys are right.
My fears is that the market, now that it knows Zulu's potential, will not care if 3 results or 300 come back. The grade is high regardless. So I don't see how more results will support the sp.
Circum, MNH etc, to me, are a waste of time and resources. Anything but Zulu is a distraction from the main goal. That focus on Zulu is what will really get the sp to run.

But once again, hope i am wrong and you are right.

The citings the article uses are definitely old. The first one talks of a 45% drop in lithium prices by 2021. Article from FT dated Feb 2018. They got it right too, prices had dropped, but as soon as 2021 arrived, price shot back up.
But the sentiment of the article is correct, the market could easily become saturated with lithium in a few years.

To be honest I am more worried on the now: will PREM avoid burning time and money on anything non Zulu related? Will new drill results even have an impact on the current sp at the moment? Will the new COO make the impact we deserve? When will PREM ever learn to communicate effectively and in a timely manner? When we will ever see a full plan and timeplan for the DFS or any other step out zone?

After these are resolved, then we can maybe worry of being behind the lithium curve, Zimb governments, the Chinese etc. Because at this share price, I am lower than when I came in 8 months ago, a bit depressing considering the rest of my portfolio has moved on in the mean time.

Fingers crossed as the next 6-8 weeks will be very telling imo. I am still hopeful as the quality grade and quantity are important, the potential is evident to all, hence me buying at each big dip.

Galaxy Resources (AUS) get lithium brine from their Sal Da Vida project mine in ARG.
They then sell it To Yahua whom treats and converts the raw material, in its Chinese factory, into battery grade lithium hydroxyde, whom in turn sell it to Tesla with a contract until 2025.

Of course it's a buyers market but some have more cash and influence than others, especially when your debt is now owed to China.
If there is a JV or buy out i'd prefer it by someone else besides the chinese. But judging by the last conference PREM was in, looking at the participants and sponsors, it looked like the chinese were prevalent.
Hence me asking for other known comparable mining stocks bought by China.

Wolframite, i'm confused, care to elaborate? In regards to which aspect of Zulu?

Chinese own most of Africa's debt so should not be too much of a surprise, but the article doesn't paint a pretty picture, that's for sure.

Does anyone have examples of other OTC or AIM stocks, within the African mining sector, bought out by the Chinese in the past few years? I'm curious to see their financials and ratios since the sale of the asset.

Bick, a puppet would be the worst case scenario. If GR swallows his pride a little bit and literally steps aside slightly to become the brand ambassador, and if the new COO is competent, we should be good.
Otherwise, as you say, it will just be a YES person and do as told by GR.

In your other point, very valid. GR could be capable of undervaluing Zulu and potentially sell it for cheap. But look forward to hearing more of how they intend to tackle this.

In the end the potential is there, its for GR to lose.

I agree that point 4 should be the focal point, even though i believe a new COO, with the right credentials, could wake up the sp again.
Not sure if more lab results will have much of an impact at this stage.
We may find kryptonite for all I know, but if PREM doesn't manage its assets correctly we'll never get that retail and institutional interest we need in order to move above .3

I also just bought more, lowered my average a little bit.
But I really was not expecting to see .18 again.

Genuine question: what is the next RNS supposed to be about? What news are we expecting? Regardless of when the RNS comes out, just wondering if we are waiting on info on MNH or more results or more progress in drilling?

Just read your old PREM messages, i admire your tenacity and strong belief in the long term potential of PREM. I also see the glass half full as you.
I could only dream of owning 12 million shares so well done on your stake and participation within PREM.

We should be getting a new COO, if this person is well versed in comms and exploration we should be in good hands. GR can step back and be more the face and brand ambassador.
