Radika, it depends what you consider to be "soon". 2p would make many here fairly well off or extremely wealthy. SK would erect a statue of GR in front of every NHS practice. Mr. Gooze could buy an island and proclaim himself king.
I'll be content with an 80-90% rise by Xmas for now.

Very true Wolf, the whole infrastructure around the technology is very interesting and a good time to invest in like batteries,minerals, charging stations, electricity etc.
Made some great profits in 2020-21 with Blink Charging (BLNK) when it IPOed.

That's the dream happyhols! By the time PREM blows up i'll have made enough profits to buy me one and i'll make sure it's a PREM lithiumed, Suzhou transported, Yibin Tianyi treated and CATL built battery!

I'm in Norway right now and looking around i'd say 20-25% of csrs are EVs, especially Teslas.
Driving an EV here myself for the first time, their performance is awesome and so much fun!

To others who say much and nothing at the same time: Luckily i follow noone but myself and my agenda. I read all posts here and elsewhere, do my own research and verifications and then make up my own mind using my own money as I see fit.
I see nothing wrong with anyone posting positives or negatives all day. It does make me laugh when posters go at each others throats though. And I guarantee you that neither myself or anyone else here is an expert to be listened to religiously.

Seems like nookie was right: something is brewing.
The combination of positive media reviews including CNBC, Biden's policies that passed in the Senate and the US finally waking up to lithium mining and refining is causing a mini boom of investments across Australia and very soon North America (other junior miners are mostly also up this week).
"Westerners" will want to make up for the time lost. Time that the Chinese were very clever and quick to use to their advantage by positioning themselves early across AUS, Africa and South America.
PREM yesterday tweeted that most Heads were at site, let's not forget a management agreement should be released soon (together with more assay results). Both could be decent catalysts in this current fertile ground.
If the prices stay this high, ladies and gents, we have front row seats to a fantastic show and GR is sitting on the Grand Stands.
A stable p0.5-0.6 by Xmas is shaping up to what could definitely be a reality!
Can it actually be that GR and his strategy have actually nailed it this time??

Got a reply back from Investor Relations, PREM is under confidentiality with the Ministry of Zimbabwe on reporting of the ongoing exploration in the EPO area. So they could not say much about cores already sent to lab and results received.
I then enquired about how many drills are currently working outside of Zulu...they needed to ask about that and will get back to me next week.

Would be amazing if a new "Zulu area" would be found by the time we go into production.

Totally agree, it's really strange.
This trader believes everything is going smoothly to plan, all within normal industry standard, but the fact that the price is not reacting may be down to fear that the lithium spot price won't stay this high, especially with all the lithium mining happening around the world, mainly led by the Chinese.
As i said this morning, we need to pray lithium prices stay high for at least another 18 months.

Bridge, GR is very confident that the repayment will be completed in full as he stated today: "The pre-payment is expected to be fully offset against future shipments inside of twelve months at the prevailing SC6 pricing."

I am inclined to believe him....IF the lithium prices stay this high for another 18 months at least.

Not a bad RNS at all with some positive info and luckily no major speed bumps, but i do have a few questions:

- Why did Suzhou only pay us half when the full amount was set to be as a lump sum post agreement?
- Am i correct to say a management agreement will be signed by early September then? This is good as it sets out expectations between CEO, plant managers and third parties/service partners that will actually work on Zulu. I was just hoping to receive that info now.
- What is the "reasonable interest rate" that PREM will need to pay in case of production start post 31st March 23?
- "Following full payment of the Advance Purchase Amount, Suzhou TA&A shall have the right of first refusal to match any offer from another interested party to acquire SC6 from the Zulu Project"....how long is this period in which they have right of first refusal then?
- The sale of the first 50k tonnes are already at discounted price. Is that the 10% that was discussed?

I guess nothing much more will happen this month, maybe a couple more assay results and the confirmation of a site manager hiring. Next thing to really look forward to is the release of the info within the management agreement in early-mid September.
I'll assume the sp will be on "stand-by" until then. Let's also pray that lithium prices stay this high well passed the first shipment of 50k tonnes is completed.

Good progress though and a more professional approach in comms and business is noticeable. So much to look forward to in 2023!

Hi Jenkoo, not sure if the Suzhou deal was the best on the table, we don't have enough info. GR did mention that others were offering joint ventures. But i suspect his will to want to retain all of Zulu was a driving force in his decision making.
We will find out within the next 12 months if that was the best decision or not. Personally, i would not have minded selling all of Zulu, or at least half of it, then use the capital to continue exploration of the EPO. But this whole pilot plant has been growing on me and confident we will see it through, albeit a couple of delays here and there.
Looking forward to the "imminent" RNS.

Jenkoo, you not been following what is happening with AMTD Digital? IPO'd 2 weeks ago, now up by 3600%.....i keep thinking i missed the boat but it keeps going up, insane.

He has to deliver, he signed a contract with the Chinese whom want lithium and they want it NOW! They will be pushing him to deliver.
Tell you what, if it weren't for Suzhou, we would never be discussing a pilot plant right now. We would still be arguing about DFS completion, number of drills, assay results and EPO potential.

I truly wonder though, where our sp would be without Suzhou, without financing and a pilot plant. Would we be at a higher price because of the great progress made with 6 drills against the DFS? Or would we be drifting even lower than now? Honest questions here, just trying to pin point why we are below p0.4 with all this progress made so far.

Also, let's not forget where we were just 12 months ago, with little info and comms provided, no plan nor project, no money in the bank and a sp drifting sideways like a zombie between p0.18 and p0.22 from April 21 to Feb 22.

But enough about the past, can we get this RNS this week please? I am really curious to see if we struck a great deal, a decent deal or a poor deal.
