Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
I read Hooper earlier when I looked at the Broadreach case updates. Would be interesting to see the correlated dates of the Hooper legal action relative to the text exchange between JP and Brenda, and even more so some of the ear to ear grinning interview dates.
Philadelphia fund manager sentenced to 9 years in prison for $100 million investment fraud
Brenda Smith, 61, will also serve three years of supervised release and be required to pay $47.2 million in restitution.
Will AB go and visit her in chokey?
Talking about Redmoor, I was thinking about New Age Exploration this morning, having a dig around on Google and it looks like Brett Grist and Jon Reynolds figured in the New Age line up at some point. It would be interesting to see a hierarchy of all SML associated companies and personnel, some look to be getting double bubble for sure.

Actually, just looking at the revision history on page 8, it doesn't look like the DEM formally reviewed the doument until Sept 2020 at Rev 8, so you could say the document is actually at Rev 4 since formal submission to the DEM
Just to clarify, I've no good reason to bash the BOD, i'm probably 75% down on a sizeable investment here, I want it to suceed but at the same time I'd like some transparancy. I just don't accept that any environmental submission should take this long, it's either the content that's amiss, lack of continuity with the reviewers or a combination of both. I had a brief scan through the 1000 pages the other day and a lot of the data is historic data, so whilst 1000 pages sounds a lot of work, alot of those pages is data.
I've paused 3 minutes into watching the update from AB, the statement regarding big players and small players getting the same treatment doesn't wash with me. Both big and small players presumably use the same environmental and mining consultants? It would be interesting to see what the average revision number is for all PEPER's submitted over the last 2 years is, analyse that, present it and then say what you just said AB. I persnally think 9 revisions of a doument is acceptable if you started the project on site at say Rev 3 and the subsequent revisions were for ongoing changes to approach on site. I'd be looking for alternative consultants after say Rev 5 and still not started on site.
