My bet would be Mr Cluff himself....he exercised options in Feb at 1.32p, so I would say that is bottom line. Perhaps the old chap wants to enjoy his twilight years. Fair play to him.

I imagined a substantial buy order has been made.....lot of these shares now are held by I assume long term holders.
