Craig, I do agree with you, however I wouldn’t underestimate the implications of someone shouting fund raise, hostile takeover etc in today’s markets, as sad as that is.

If anyone is interested Camarco are open to talk to shareholders reg the company, they are aware of a certain someone posting across social media and message boards.....as far as am concerned nothing has changed and the company are moving forward on what they set out in the operations update rns a while back......I suggest anyone with questions queries or doubts to get in contact with Camarco, very helpful indeed.

Interesting points there Pascha.....does seem that evrh are primed for something positive in the near term, am happy to keep adding at the current levels for the inevitable rise....hopefully not too long to wait now.

The Company is entirely funded for its planned strategy of acquiring licenses via licensing rounds and its work programmes with Shell. So miton on Zen shares.....I think there you have their intention of voting....seems to me miton May have introduced zen to Aaog in order to benefit themselves.

Tiburn/Irish I would say your maths are correct re voting intention, the only issue there is whether the align can actually get voted for.....it seems to me that the BoD are doing their very best to stop the deal being on the agenda and I think this where the problem lies.....those asreholes seem destined to wriggle out of this one as much as I hate admit that.

I might be reading this wrong but it’s clear the BoD don’t want to entertain the jub offer....

Let’s face it the only people this ‘deal’ benefits is the current BoD as it keeps their salaries going.....if I was a Zen holder I would more worries about dilution to find this asset when it’s proven that it will be very difficult to produce from irrespective of whether oil is there. It 100 per cent does not suit LTH that have stuck by the company I guess you can include miton in that.....I have recently sold my holding upon Berwick resignation so have no emotional attachment to this company, I sense some fireworks in the board room very soon.
