We are in a bear market & by holding out for a much larger sellout price could take a lot more time . Hopefully they don’t sell the private investors out for £2 , but it is certainly a possibility. They’ve obviously rejected the up to now offers because they were possibly insulting offers . The bigger the offer the better you MM DONT sell us out too cheap ipo was £5 after all

If the company had RNSd that they have received a offer of say £2/2.50 , ( or even £1.50)& we they have rejected it , I am sure the share price would be there now . You have to ask yourself why they didn’t do
that . If maybe they had f done that a tabled offer of £3.50 / £ 4 would be here NOW . Ime still very long regardless .

If SoftBank instead of taking up the option just stumped up £4 a share to the pi for 10% of the free float they own , everyone would be happy …

Supposing MM uses the £18 mill & then some to buy more shares when closed period is over ( knowing what’s coming round the corner) PE deal , he can quadruple that into £72 mill , give Warrington council back £18mill , spend £18 on locals , he’d still me laughing with £36 mill . Don’t forget the guy is smarter than the average cat .
